Lovely food, attentive staff and good atmosphere

Just had a lovely breakfast here with family. The full English is a treat, and the smoked salmon and scrambled egg was of great quality. The staff were very friendly and keen to make sure everything was ok. The premises are spotlessly clean, and there is a really interesting little shop element carrying a small range of interesting preserves, spices, herbs, condiments, cordials and dry goods. Well worth the cost. If you are a larger party I recommend booking in advance, but no need otherwise. I would certainly eat here again. Good quality coffee too.

Meal with family in Dec. First time for our two grandchildren aged 4. Service and food was very good. Staff were attentive and friendly, and good with the two young ones. Nice experience as it was also our daughters 40th birthday, with staff singing 'Happy Birtday'.

Our Anniversay Meal was delicious ! Quality produce served piping hot and presented lovely. Excellent Menu. Very good value for Money. The Pink Prosecco the best we have ever had. Staff are friendly and attentive. Decoration is gorgeous and has a nice vibe. We are so lucky to have Verdes in our lovely village. Thankyou for making our anniversary meal one to remember.

Lovely food and service was provided to my daughter and her friends, who throughly enjoyed their time at the restaurant.

Wow !!! We was absolutely blown away by the hospitality shown here . 100% committed as soon as you walk in the door the time and care goes into everything . The food is amazing . The front of house is on the ball and cannot be faulted . Alot of local businesses could learn from this amazing successful business . Great vibes and one amazing little gem found in chorley . Each customer made to feel very welcome . If you pass this place without a visit. You've really lost out . 10/10 in my book. Keep going its a fab place.

Excellent food and excellent service

Second visit recently and just as good this time. Food and service is excellent.

We have eaten at Verde's for over 25 years and have always found it to be excellent. Our last visit provided the best food we have ever tasted and some of the best service provision too. A fantastic experience from start to finish, thank you.

We eat at Verdes quite often, usually for lunch, but we have eaten dinner there too. The food has always been excellent, as has the service. This visit was no different, with fantastic food served by attentive, though not intrusive, waiters.

We come to Papas at least once a week, the staff are fabulous. We always receive a warm welcome and the food is superb.

We stopped for lunch and this was our first visit. We were welcomed and shown to our table. The service was quick and friendly and the food was excellent. Verdes is the best restaurant that we have visited in years and we will definitely return soon.
