Bodega – ChristchurchFirst visit to this pub and what a great looking place . Staff were very friendly, live singer was an added bonus and very good he was too . The roast beef dinner was fantastic ! The only small critique was after booking for 3pm we still had quite a wait for the food . Highly recommend the pub though
The Thomas Tripp – ChristchurchIncredible place, great food and great atmosphere, staff are great too
Bodega – ChristchurchOur second visit to Bodega. On this occasion we had the delicious pig cheeks, potato bravas, octopus, meatballs, prawns pil pil, garlic sausages, chorizo paste on bread and the dates with cheese. All washed down with a bottle of red wine. The food was all tasty and well prepared by Danny. We ordered the food in three waves. The only hiccup was the waitress failed to put our second order of tapas through. It was only when Danny came over to ask if we wanted more food she admitted she hadn’t put the order through. Luckily, although we were going to a show, we still had enough time to finish the meal. But we were not particularly impressed with her attitude.
Bodega – ChristchurchExcellent roast beef Sunday lunch, good size serving with interesting selection of vegetables and lashings of gravy. Weekday lunches just as scrumptious and the service is always great. A gem of a pub.
The Thomas Tripp – ChristchurchThe Sunday roast we had was delicious, always a nice amount of food on the plate and also a generous amount of gravy to go with it. Service was really good.
The Thomas Tripp – ChristchurchNot my first time in Bodega and won't be my last! I don't live locally but visited this week whilst staying with family. The food is just delicious! Complex flavours and beautiful tapas dishes - something that can be hard to come by in the UK. Also definitely worth saving room for desert. The service is always great, and the Verdejo was lovely. 100% recommend.
Bodega – ChristchurchA very warm welcome on arrival, lovely setting, server were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Bodega – ChristchurchWe had a lovely meal at The Thomas Tripp, friendly service, good food. I had a Ceaser salad and spicy chips, Ceaser salad is a risky order I often think but it was great! Busy, fun atmosphere - would go again. Many thanks!
The Thomas Tripp – ChristchurchWarm welcome on arrival, lovely setting, servers were both very friendly and knowledgeable. Lovely atmosphere, great recommendations and did not at any time feel rushed or ignored. Lovely evening and food was incredible. Best Old Fashioned yet. Thank you.
Bodega – ChristchurchAfter searching online for a Sunday roast, we booked a table at The Thomas Tripp. It's a great place, steeped in history with a story to tell! The food and service were brilliant, and to top it off, there was live music. We will definitely be back!
