Had a very nice time here with two girlfriends. Lovely friendly service and we were not hurried at all. There was torrential rain but we stayed dry underneath the sturdy outside covering. The baguette ordered was lovely and good value but possibly the plain bread sandwich could have been a bit more exciting with some salad and crisps etc. Would recommend to friends who want a nice long lunch and a little browse in the shop afterwards.

We go to the barn very often food is always very good I just find the seats very uncomfortable in the main dinning room

Our first visit since Covid and all was lovely. The food was delicious, such pleasant service, and obviously many thanks to the cooking team for delivering the very nicely presented lunch. We have already booked for our next visit.

Never had a bad meal. In fact EVERY meal has been superb. Attractively presented, looking fresh, appetising, colourful and very healthy. The chefs are really great. The staff are wonderful, friendly and attentive and the venue is comfortable, light and airy. I cannot fault it in any way.

This was our first visit for breakfast and it was super. The food was excellent, the staff were very kind and interested in making our comfortable and very pleasant. After breakfast we treated ourselves to a browse around the beautiful plants and gorgeous gifts (and purchased a few of each). Was our first but not our last visit now we know where it is.

Had originally booked for 4 people but added one extra at last minute, which was dealt with with no problem. Service was quick and polite. Food was excellent We were there for over 2 hours , thoroughly enjoyed our visit

Went for lunch as a party of 3 . The menu I felt was limited, however my wife found it delightful. Staff were really attentive and looked after us, The restaurant was full, and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves, with a lot of chatter, finally we are getting back to some normalality!

Yet another fab meal at the barn. Today I had the roast beef and it came out very hot not just warm. Everything on my plate was cooked perfectly. This is my 3rd visit and everti.e the food has been delicious. The staff are all lovely and friendly and service is good.

Sunday lunch was excellent and we enjoyed the whole experience. The quality and cooking was superb, the service was excellent, professional and attentive. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The atmosphere was very pleasant and easy. We will certainly be returning for a repeat experience, one of the best Sunday lunches we have had.

We had a lovely breakfast over the weekend. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Food was lovely, menu has lots to choose from. Look forward to coming back soon.

Took relations for the first time having been there myself before. Wasn’t disappointed and they were very impressed. Two of us enjoyed the warm scotch eggs with fennel salad. Love the new bench cushioned seating inside.
