An excellent full english breakfast in a lovely sunny room with view of the plants outside. Staff couldn't be nicer or more efficient. Booking is advised as its deservedly very popular.

First visit for lunch yesterday. Very impressed in every way. Certainly higher quality than your usual garden centre cafe. Staff, service, surroundings abs food all excellent. I will defo be back again very soon.

I booked an afternoon slot for 24 people from Stanway U3A and Chris was extremely helpful and everyone enjoyed our time and the service was excellent. Thank you.

We visit the Barn Plants Cafe very regularly both for lunch time meals and afternoon coffee and cake. Such a lovely and relaxing restaurant to be in with very friendly and helpful staff. It is not too crowded so, as OAP's we feel covid safe in the environment. There is additional space in the indoor part of the garden centre itself and an outside terrace which we use in the summer. The food is excellent.

We booked a table for 3 yesterday and advised my wife would be using a wheelchair. On arrival we were promptly shown our table and chose from the menu provided. Our friend and I chose the omelette whilst my wife opted for the BLT sandwich along with a portion of chips. The food was promptly and politely served and we are sure a whole pack of bacon was used in the sandwich as it was so full. After lunch we succumbed to a slice each of homemade cake which didn’t disappoint. The staff were attentive and pleasant and (as we have been here before) definitely up to the usual great standard. Although it was a surprise we had to book we understood why by the high turnover of people using the restaurant. Definitely a place we would recommend to others.

We visit Barn Plants frequently, a lovely place in all aspects. Their restaurant is very welcoming and the food offered is excellent.

Unfortunately the cafe had a power cut and no food could be served. It is a great pity that no one from the staff came round to each table to inform us of this. We eventually managed to call someone over who had been chatting to her friends who then informed us, without an apology, that nothing could be served. This was after we had been waiting for some 15 minutes.

Always friendly service. Food great as usual.

Another great breakfast here yesterday. The quality of the food is excellent, particularly the sausages and bacon. Lovely farmhouse style cafe with a beautiful gift shop and garden centre. It’s one of my favourite places to visit.
