Girl's get yourselves down to tiamo restaurant, west street congleton, Tuesday nights is girl's night, two course dinner inc one glass of wine..£10 excellent value and great food, also live music on most Tuesdays so you can boogie all night.

Visited this new opened restaurant on a Sunday, the menu was very limited but what was on the menu was unavailable, picked a dish that when it came was not as description, couldn't eat it too tough. no one asked if everything was OK despite us not staying long and food being left. Congleton needs good places to eat and as this has recently opened it will be short lived if this kind of service is not addressed

Hi went for a bike ride with my son on sun day and called at The Swettenham Arms Had a fiver in my pocket so we ordered a pint of Carling and a kids orange And I was shocked the bill £5.60 what a rip off £2.50 for a QUARTER 0f a pint of kid orange Squash had to pay with my card and will not go again I thought that was to and a rip off fruit shoots only cost 10p each

The food is lovely, the service is discretely efficient and very reasonably priced. So pleased to have this restaurant in the locality

I have visited this chippy because I am coeliac. And they do the best gluten and wheat free fish and chips ever. The normal fish and chips are ace and the size of the fish are to die for all at a price you can afford

A welcoming place with friendly and helpful staff. The food is delicious and the prices very reasonable. If you are looking for something slightly different give the Bangkok Thai a try.

A welcome new addition to Congleton's restaurant scene. On arrival you are warmly greeted by the Thai staff and they look after you very well. The decor is cosy,the food delicious and authentic Thai,and it is reasonably priced as well.

i hate what they have there but you know you don't see whats behind the close doors but i will tell because i dont want non of you coming down with a nasty cold or something much worst, i have being doing work Experience and i thought i will like it until i saw the kitchen eww eww sorry anyway, i walked in i nealy slipped because the floor was wet but then i noticed a rotten drink at the back it was a J2O but the woman said she likes to cook it in stuff i was like eww you know how many GERMS there is anyway i was carrying on and i watched them clean and wash dishes well you know they didnt clean it proper because they didnt even use washing up stuff anyway, i saw all the cooking materials and i noticed that everything was dirty and greasy it was like cooking in a nightmare, you know it was horrible i even noticed that in the corners there was dirt the kitchen is not even big enough for 1 person because it is that small. i started work exsperine on the 1st dec and finshed on the 2nd dec 08.

Excellent atmosphere between the staff great service also. Very friendly people who work there and i am definitely going to be going again

For a special evening out we always choose Pecks. All my guests have been impressed every time I have been. Want to impress a visitor or client this is the place.

I have visited this restaurant for Sunday lunch on two occasions. As I live over one hour away, I do not visit as often as I would like. All I can say is the food is fresh, well cooked and excellent value for money. The place is also spotlessly clean. Last Sunday there were several large parties taking place, there seemed to be at least 2 birthdays and one wedding anniversary. I am not surprised, it would not be worth cooking at home for a crowd, when Pecks offers the quality and value that it does. Everyone, from babies to great grandparents seemed to be enjoying themselves. Pecks could do with being in every town. Treat yourselves, I am sure you will not come away hungry or disappointed, but don't forget to book and expect to pay about £20/head to include drinks and three very good courses.

I have been to this restaurant whenever there has been a special occasion over the last 4 years. The standards of food, service and the atmosphere are unbeatable. If you are looking for a quality English restaurant for a special occasion Pecks is hard to beat! It is unique with its Dinner at Eight concept. Each evening there is one sitting which is at Eight. You can go for a 5 or 7 course meal. It is a complete dining experience spread leisurely over the evening.
