Visited this restaurant, for the first time, with friends. Firstly it’s good to see Conwy with a proper Sea Food restaurant. The atmosphere was relaxed and we got a friendly welcome . We were somewhat slow in choosing our food, too busy talking, but felt no pressure from waiting staff. Both starters and main courses were excellent, although my wife’s steak had to be returned as it was over cooked, which slightly spoilt the flow of the meal. To be fair it was a member of staff, who was being observant and noticed as soon as the steak was cut that it was over cooked and had no hesitation in replacing it. Only other slight niggle was the lack of draught lager and no pint glasses! Seemed strange for a restaurant. Overall a pleasant even8ng with good food and would return again.

Great food, fabulous variety and lovely surroundings and atmosphere. Very friendly staff whom were very welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. We will be back!

At last, a proper fish restaurant 200 yards from the water front. Great food, fish stew was delicious, starters were great. No room left for desert. Will be back.

Fresh fish and seafood cooked and flavoured to very high standard, we all enjoyed our meals and a good selection of wines. The staff were excellent, very attentive, we have already booked our next visit.

Lovely food great to see a fish bistro in Conwy at last. Only negative the lighting was too bright but that wouldn’t stop me from going again.

Such lovely food, excellent service, and our gluten-free dietary requirements were met perfectly. The Chilean merlot was gorgeous too and mum said the rose wine was also great. Really enjoyable meal and can’t wait to go back!

My new favourite restaurant in Conwy! From the minute the door opened on Sat night we felt the atmosphere in beautiful surroundings. The fish was cooked to perfection - seafood linguine and haddock rissotto. Can highly recommend the chocolate torte and creme brulee. Service was excellent, warm and friendly. Well done everyone involved at Telfords - you've got this. We will definitely be back.

Friendly staff, good food and wine. Prices were reasonable and it was lovely to see so much fish on the menu. Will return. Only negative was the bright lighting , it created a clinical atmosphere.

Excellent food and very good service but lighting is too bright and affects the atmosphere of the restaurant. Good value dining experience.

Had a gorgeous three course dinner in a beautifully designed restaurant and the service provided by Rufus and Alex was exceptional!

Stumbled across this place at the back of Conwy and what a good find. It’s decked out like a stylish gastropub inside with bar, restaurant and courtyard. I had the mussels (we’re in Conwy, after all) and the rest sandwiches but we were all very impressed with the food.

Can’t say I was overly impressed. Average food, chippy staff member, slow service. Nice to sit out though in the beer garden at the back and enjoy the fine weather and castle view. Maybe in the restaurant in the evening would be better?
