This was our second visit having said after our first that it wouldn't be our last. Unfortunately we probably won't be visiting for awhile. The seafood chowder (starter) was very nice, decent portion, hot but needed some black pepper, which unfortunately isn't available on all the tables. The Welsh Rarebit and mussels (starter) was very poor, certainly not worth the money. The Monkfish was as good as last time, but the Herb Crusted Cod was certainly not cooked well. It was slightly under cooked, the herb crust was non existent, it had been cooked skin side up so that you could blow the herbs off when it arrived. The service is extremely attentive, probably too attentive at times. I was asked on three occasions if I had finished my main course when it was clearly evident that I had't, if only it had been so when I wanted some black pepper! Having read the reviews we were probably unlucky with our choices, so give the restaurant a visit and see for yourself!
