Molesworth Arms – WadebridgeWe were looking for somewhere to take an elderly friend for Sunday Roast and were recommended The White Hart by friends who had recently visited. So we booked. The food was excellent, I had gammon and my wife had turkey. Everything was cooked to perfection, lovely Yorkshire pudding and superb roast potatoes. Our table (no.7) was a little cramped and the stools weren’t ideal especially for our elderly guest. The atmosphere was that of a very old school local pub which reminded us charmingly of the 70s / 80s. It doesn’t need to change.
The White Hart – PenzanceGreat pub lunch, with a touch of sparkle. Great service.
Molesworth Arms – WadebridgeA great recommendation from friends. Warm atmosphere, yummy food and great service.
Molesworth Arms – WadebridgeWe joined 2 friends for Sunday roast lunch and we were all highly impressed with its quality and presentation. It was nice and hot, the meat tender, the veg generous, and the staff friendly and helpful. The deserts were wonderful also. The pub enjoys a wonderful atmosphere, a charming interior, a lovely fire and a buzzing atmosphere. We will return soon.
The White Hart – PenzanceHad Sunday lunch here whilst on our holiday in October and the meal, drinks and service were all excellent. I need to eat gluten free and this was easily catered for with great puddings on offer which can be issue at times. We came back for another meal later in the week as our experience was so good and this too was excellent. I would highly recommend eating at the Molesworth Arms.
Molesworth Arms – WadebridgeHad the Sirloin steak with all the trimmings. Partner had Steak and Ale pie which is one of her go to meals and she said this was one of the nicest pies she’s ever tasted, high praise indeed from a connoisseur!
Molesworth Arms – WadebridgeStayed for 1 night and ate in the pub, we couldn’t fault the food, presentable and tasty. We had Sirloin steak which I always feel is a risk in a pub but it was really good. The staff were kind and friendly. My dog was also welcomed. Breakfast was good too. Would happily stay again.
Molesworth Arms – WadebridgeNever disappointed! Every time we visit my mum we come down for dinner. The food is outstanding! The service friendly and always attentive. We don’t need to stay in the hotel but always recommend the restaurant and the hotel to friends and family. Family have stayed and loved it! The atmosphere is lovely, lovely to see dogs welcome! Highly recommended.
Molesworth Arms – WadebridgeAnother fabulous visit to the Molesworth. There is always a warm welcome and great service. The food was amazing and much more than your usual options. Highly recommended and will see you again soon.
Molesworth Arms – WadebridgeWe had a very nice meal with generous portions. A very relaxed atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely visit again.
Molesworth Arms – WadebridgeExcellent Sunday roast with family. Great service, drinks and food. A**
The White Hart – PenzanceThe food yesterday was top niche. Meg was an amazing host and waitress. Thankyou.
Molesworth Arms – WadebridgeUnfortunately the food has gone massively down hill. Four people on our table had the same tacos which all came out with different side dishes. When we asked for extras wr got charged £2 for each small pot! They only served one local beer and also completely messed up our payment at the end, which when your out for a meal with friends completely ruins the vibe! Won’t be returning unfortunately
Lemon Twist – FalmouthCocktails were not good, had to send a couple back as they tasted like petrol. Food was average. Was told that it has changed hands recently, shame as I heard it was nice there and it really was not a good experience. Don’t waste your money. If it wasn’t a work do I would have left.
Lemon Twist – FalmouthStaff were absolutely fab. I mean, who can resist when the wheel is brought to your table, fab tactic but we were alllll over it!! Such a fun idea! Cocktails were really lovely and there was a lot of choice compared to other places. All of the staff were really kind, even when we got too merry and were probably annoying… can’t say too much on the food as we only ordered chips but we were all baffled because they were the nicest chips ever?? This totally sounds like I’ve been paid to say this but genuinely those chips were really good that we all spoke about them for the rest of the evening (yes we need to get out more). Anyway, we’d visit again in a heartbeat!
Lemon Twist – FalmouthWe always enjoy going to the Molesworth and our last visit was no different. Everyone enjoyed their food and the service was excellent. Unfortunately for me, alot of the dishes I would have chosen, were unavailable, so that was a bit disappointing. I had a mixture of starters and side dishes so didn't go hungry! We had a lovely evening with friends in a great atmosphere.
Molesworth Arms – WadebridgeWhat a lovely evening we had. The Bar man was extremly friendly and good at his job. Food was lovely and it wasn’t overally priced. Thank you
