Visited for very late lunch after long walk with black Labrador . Staff were lovely ,friendly and very helpful and the food was great . Loved it so much I went back the next day . So dog friendly it was great . Thankyou ! Highly recommended.
Herdwicks Cafe – ConistonBad attitude all round. Walked in to be told we couldn't order food for 15 minutes. ordered 2 drinks, can we have a tab, only if you sit inside. You cant sit there its reserved. OK can we just order the food and pay and then it can come out whenever you are ready. no cant do that. None of the above was out of order just the arsey way it was delivered. So we paid for the 2 drinks and left, left them £60 shorter too.
