A Monday evening. Good beer to start with. The service was very welcoming and the staff equally so. Very good selection of food. Not a burger in site! I had the lamb shoulder. My wife and sister had the fish pie. We are all a little bit picky when it comes to food. What I can say my said “this is the best fish pie she has ever had” OMG what a compliment. I throughly enjoyed my lamb shoulder. Exquisite. Eating out is not cheap nowadays. Would we eat here again. Yes . Can we recommend the Pheasant Inn. Without hesitation!

Lovely freshly cooked food. Service was very efficient and very friendly. Going for a 2nd visit during our weeks stay as we wanted to try too many things on the menu
