Lovely place to be. The food is lovely, the chips taste amazing and crispy. Service is good. Very relaxed atmosphere. Never too many people, so relaxed environment for the cats.

On a short break to dorset i included a visit to tabby tea rooms. I had a lovely time meeting all the adorable cats. They are so well looked after with silky fur and really content and happy to greet their fans. Friendly lady working there told me all about them and their various antics. I left feeling really uplifted . If you love cats you're going to love this!! The cats are full of character and are sure to make your day. Cant wait to go again next trip. I was even inspired to paint squeak who is as mischievous as he is adorable. He has a twin bubbles!

I was really disappointed with our experience at Tabby Terrace Cat Café. The whole atmosphere was incredibly uncomfortable, it was completely silent and honestly felt more like a morgue than a welcoming café. The cats didn’t seem playful or sociable at all, and one of them actually bit my daughter the first time she tried to stroke it, which was upsetting. The food and drinks were also poor quality for the prices charged. Our coffee arrived cold, and to make matters worse, there was cat hair in both the food and drinks. It felt very unhygienic having the food and drink preparation area in the same space where the cats were freely roaming around. Overall, it was overpriced, uncomfortable, and not a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

Lovely venue, so glad we booked. Cats are lovely and looked after very well. Drinks were lovely and the host was very attentive and kept asking if we needed anything, we will be back

Had a wonderful time supping a drink and playing with super friendly and well groomed cats. Very welcoming, comfy space and gorgeous interactions - thanks you to Tara or host and to the cuddly cats, Sushi, Beenz, Bubble and Squeak :-) The entrance fe is well worth it for this very sweet experience... although I would prefer all cats, big and small to be living their natural lives out in the wilds, but sadly us humans have been upsetting that natural order thousands of years ago... This is a chance to feel love and care for our Creators amazing gifts from nature THANK YOU

After walking past the Tabby Terrace on holiday, I knew we had to make a booking and a visit whilst in Dorchester. Booking was incredible easy and I loved the very relaxed cafe vibe upon arrival. You could immediately tell the cats were loved and happy. They climb onto the tables and nuzzle you but aren't overbearing or trying to steal your food! The cats had a great relationship with their owners and just were very happy. We all enjoyed a Cattochino and bacon/sausage sannies. We would visit again if we are ever back in Dorchester.

I visited with my partner and our 8-year old daughter on the 7th April and we had a lovely time meeting Bubble, Squeak, Beanz and Sushi! The cafe had a very relaxed atmosphere and you could see the cats were so happy and well cared for. They were also really comfortable with all the different visitors and all the treats they were getting! A really nice way to spend some time in the afternoon, I'd recommend a visit!

The kids had great fun and the staff were lovely but sadly the prices of food and drinks were very high. £3.40 for a can of Fanta is far too much.

We took our daughter as a birthday treat. Friendly staff who talked to us about each of the cats, their traits and likes/dislikes. There were 4 cats in total, so less than other cafes we have visited, but we still got the opportunity to stroke and play with each of them. We did not eat, but the food looked great, but we had hot drinks. It was a pleasant way to spend just over an hour if you love cats!

We had an absolutely amazing time at Tabby Terrace on Sunday 29.03.26. Such a lovely lady hosting (apologies, I can't remember her name) but she did a fantastic job of explaining everything and taking our orders, bringing out the food etc. Very friendly and helpful. Didn't see the chef as it was pretty busy but the food was absolutely lovely. Drinks a little pricey, especially the soft drinks but no more than in other cafes. I couldn't find the menu online prior to going which would have been handy as there were 6 of us and 2 travelled separately and got held up, so we could have ordered for them, but apart from that it was amazing and we will certainly be back. The kitties were so friendly and came up to say hello to people as they were coming in. Very well looked after with lots of toys, beds and scratch posts etc. We were very impressed with Bubbles' party trick of catching treats in his paws!!
