I visited the restaurant on 26/03@7:30pm. We were seated at a table and we placed our orders as we had two children with us who were very hungry. It took them 1 he to bring our food, the vegetable biriyani had frozen vegetables, which was awful. The Kuruma was also filled with frozen vegetables. The appam we’d ordered for the children came last and it was chilly cold. We were very upset and I don’t think I’d be going there in the near future.

Mannoush – East London

Just had take away from here and it was delicious. Mixed sharwama, hummus, lamb shish. Good quality meat, beautifully cooked and well seasoned rice. The mixed sharwama meat was tender and full of flavour, delicately marinaded. All good value and service, will definitely go again.

Momed Grill – East London

A great venue for brunch. The ride in the glass elevator was an adventure itself. Had a cocktail at the bar with an amazing view. Food was a little disappointing - chewy pigs ears... And uninspiring Full English. Wouldn't go back but worth a one off visit.

Cool and nice.

042 Restaurant & Bar – East London
Alfred

Possibly one of the largest fish restaurants we have seen. No booking required, and the menu is enormous. The best of all is the presentation, for the fish served is the largest and tastiest fish you can have, but the price is extremely low. The decor is plain, but comfortable. We have been going there for years, and quite frankly, we have no complaints at all.

I visited the Bow Bells pub very recently and was surprised at the quality of food on offer - the pub is under new kitchen management and what a difference! Juicy burgers, fab steaks, amazing bar snacks - and a Sunday Roast which comes highly recommended - try it for yourself - you won't be disappointed.

The Bow Bells Public House – East London
The Fine Diner

Had a brilliant meal here last autumn. Went on national curry week whilst we were visiting London and under recommendation from the waiter I had the Dhaansaak. It was one of the best meals I've ever had, and I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. It looks a little like a school canteen set in a pub type building, but don't be fooled, this food is top notch. Go now

Cafe Spice Namaste – East London

As a local resident, I visited this place for a drink and food recently - what a find! Drinks at pub prices and food that was more than a match for places that charge a lot more. Best of all, it saves me trip down to Hoxton.

Quattro Bar & Grill @ RE London Shoreditch Hotel – East London

Really pleasant & relaxed atmosphere (great music at just the right volume), the decor is stylish & informal with a lovely bar area to the front which has a few tables, then more tables to the back where you can see the kitchen staff and part of their work area. The food is french style small plates such as terrine, various hams & sausages plus pigs trotters (it helps if you like pig when eating at Brawn) all served with excellent bread by very knowledgeable and friendly waiting staff. The wine list is also excellent and although I didn't try the puddings (too full), I am pretty sure that they will be delicious and fully intend to leave room for them on my next visit.

Jemima my daughter loves her curry and so a trip to Brick Lane was a must. We chose Aladdin among plenty of others and we are so glad we did, maybe the best Curry we have ever had and (maybe I shouldn't say this) The drinks were on the house! 10/10

Aladdin is magnificent. I went today with a few friends as it is highly praised. Service is top notch. Great atmosphere. Mouth watering food. What more can you ask for from a restaurant? That is why Aladdin is highly recommended by many & now it will definitely be my regular.

Aladdin is mind blowing. I went with my colleagues and we were astonished by aroma of the curry, it made our mouth water. The food was spectacular i have never tasted anything like it before. The decor of the restaurant is amazing and the waiters are very kind. Everyone should definitely give Aladdin a try.
