Really lovely food from Good Grub, would recommend to anyone - the 'salmon' was delish!

Our return visit to this restaurant - and we were not disappointed. A very good and tasty selection of meals - hard to believe that this is all vegan. Excellent service by very attentive and friendly staff. The restaurant is situated in a nice quiet street at the rear of the Grand Hotel. We will be back each time we are in town - a great asset to Eastbourne.

Our first expereince of the Good Grub on a very rainy Sunday. The food (Sunday roast) was amazing, very tasty and a very generous portion, the staff friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was lovely. It's great to have an all vegan restaurant nearby who know that vegan's do like a decent sized meal, and don't like being the ones at the table with the smallest portions! Will definitely be going back there!

Went for Sunday lunch yesterday, food was superb, every mouthful a joy. You can always tell when the chef loves their job, this one certainly does. Plates were crammed full with an array of colourful veg that was so tasty. Had the berry crumble for pud which was delicious. Would have preferred custard but ice cream only option. Definitely will be going back!

We had lunch here on a Sunday for the first time ever. Service was friendly, helpful and welcoming. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly, the atmosphere was lovely and relaxing. We was a party of 5 and it’s not the biggest space (a bit of a squeeze ) but this alone wouldn’t stop us going back again, in fact we are looking forward to trying the dinner menu and taking our dog for dinner to! Wonderful to see a full vegan restaurant in Eastbourne.

Lovely place and great food. Service was friendly and efficient. We tried the breakfast menu, it was delcious. We will definately be coming back to try to dinner menu! An amazing addition to Eastbourne.

Best vegan spot in East Sussex, the food and service is amazing. The care, time and love the girls have put into this place shows, there's such a great vibe, the food is tasty and filling and allergies are catered for so well. We had the brunch and Sunday roast, really wanted dessert but were too full so we'll be back for that!

Excellent meal at The Good Grub, really handy for Eastbourne seafront / Towner / Tennis / theatres. Food and service were both excellent. We both had the curry and the tiramisu but there were plenty of good options, and the side of onion rings was more than enough to share between two. We've found our new eating place for when we are in Eastbourne. Couldn't be better.

Had our anniversary meal last night and again so glad we did. As always great food, mocktails and staff. Thanks again ladies. Had thai green curry and seafood pasta plus sticky toffee pudding. 10/10

I really enjoyed our visit to The Good Grub, and would definitely visit again! It was the loveliest atmosphere and our waitress was just the nicest girl who made us feel very welcome. My only complaint was that the Thai green curry I ordered wasn’t very spicy, and actually quite bland. I’d overheard a waitress tell another guest that they could customise the spice for the curry, which wasn’t offered to me so that was disappointing. Other than that, it was overall very tasty food!

Absolutely love this place! So nice to have a fully vegan restaurant in Eastbourne. I've visited 3 times so far and have loved every course I have ordered, they even have a menu for dogs! Lovely cosy atmosphere and happy friendly service 10/10

Went there for first time on my birthday 100% vegan place, lovely food, good portions, very nice flavours Very cool and nice cocktails too Good vibes atmosphere Staff ever so kind and always with a smile You can take your dog and they have their own little menu for them too! That was one of the best parts for us, to have our Nuka there as a one more around the table, loved it Thank you for a lovely birthday dinner

Had a lovely birthday lunch with my daughter, made a change for her to be able to choose anything from the menu that she wanted, something we have a problem with as there are not many Vegan places to eat, or places to eat that have a very varied Vegan menu. Staff were very friendly and helpful and very welcoming to the dogs as well, we had a nice enjoyable lunch, although the lunch menu could do with a few more options, food was lovely and we will return at some point for dinner.

Such a pleasure to dine here! Easy to book a table on the website, and always turn up to a great atmosphere and friendly face. As a vegan its so good to know I can order anything from the menu and its always delicious. Happy to return again and again!

Very tasty food,reasonably priced! Think the options are rather limited for the lunch menu,but hopefully that will get better!
