My partner and I enjoyed a delicious meal last weekend. The owner is lovely, and very attentive. We'll definitely be returning!

Had a really nice weekend lunch, staff were lovely, food was delicious. Like the previous review someone having a dog in the restaurant isn't my thing, especially as it was next to our table staring at us looking for scraps, More to do with the dog owners than the restaurant.

Great tasty food, with excellent service & all cruelty free makes this place a must visit in Eastbourne. We were fortunate to only have one dog come into this small place as we were finishing our meal. Although we love all animals, we don't have dogs ourselves, & eating in a restaurant with dogs moving about & being petted is not to out hygiene standards. Owners enjoy your walk with your dogs, but not necessary to bring them into restaurants is it!

Highly recommended. Make sure you book. Fantastic vegan food, very generous servings. Super welcoming, lovely attentive staff. Please support the only fully vegan restaurant in Eastbourne.

My partner and I visited the Good Grub during a weekend trip to Eastbourne. The menu had a pleasing mix of dishes and we decided to sample as many as possible. If I were to recommend one it'd be the the Steak* and Chips main which was intriguing and tasty. In fact we enjoyed our meals so much we popped back for brunch the following day. The venue itself is tastefully decorated and the staff friendly, it's certainly a place I'd recommend to grab food and drinks for anyone in Eastbourne (Vegan or Non)

We have been to The Good Grub three times and each time we have been treated to fantastic food and amazing service. We are happily working our way through the menu and can't wait to go again.

Our lunch was completely and utterly 10/10 delicious. Our waitress and the lovely chef patron could not have been more welcoming or lovely. I think a bell at the entrance for guests to ring when they arrive would be a real fun asset to alert staff if they are in the kitchen. Although the food, complete with mini vegan marshmallows on the hot chocolate, is well worth any small delay in being seated! Highly recommend.

Great place lovely menu delicious food and good atmosphere. The sort of place that you could take your non vegan friends to to show the how delicious it all is. Great staff, highly recommended.we will definitely be visiting again soon!

This is our absolute favourite restaurant. Beautiful food, warm and welcoming staff. Couldn't rate them any higher. And a huge hit with our 2 dogs, so nice to be able to enjoy a meal with them in an intimate setting. And they love the dog menu too!

Lovely little vegan restaurant, very friendly atmosphere and amazing food even non vegans will enjoy! Super dog friendly (with their own menu!) Booking in advance is definitely recommended as they are very busy.

I would highly recommend this place to everyone. The food was amazing and the staff were equally as kind and friendly.

Our 'ladies who brunch' club ate here on Sat 15 July and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Great food, service and value for money. We will definitely come again to try the rest of the menu.

The food was really poor, sadly. The Thai vegetable curry was grossly undercooked with spongy, dry blocks of aubergine amid crunchy vegetables. The pasta in the "seafood" tagliatelle was overcooked. Clueless, dull food.

What a lovely place! I know how hard Chloe and her team haveworked to get The Good Grub up and running and it has paid off. The food was delicious. The décor is stunning. The service was impeccable. We will be booking for dinner soon.
