One of the best Thai restaurants outside Thailand fully recommended

Visited this restaurant and had a lovely time. Service was friendly, food excellent, little bit expensive but you only get what you pay for. The best part was not being able to choose from the four lovely desserts so the chef let us have a small portion of all four - FANTASTIC ! We will definitely return for more.

Phuket Pavillion is an authentic thai restaurant, the food is fantastic the service is warm and personal and is a great place for dinner for two or large groups!

This is a really nice vegetarian restaurant for lunch or evening. They also explain about the dishes if you are interested. The lunch menu is 'eat all you can' but with the sensible advice to avoid wasting food to put off the gluttons whose eyes are bigger than their bellies. Recommended.

I have been visiting this restaurant since it opened a couple of years ago. I have heard nothing but favourable reports from various people across the city, and can honestly say that every meal I have had there has been excellent. Top standard of food and service, and a reasonable price. I recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area, and would go so far as to say it was worth making the effort if you are further afield.

I went to Cafe Rouge as a last minute idea and we were very glad that we did as it was one of the best meals that I?e had in months. I recommend it to everyone, it is worth a try. I don? think you will be disappointed.

I'm a bit of a novice at Japanese food, but I've been brave and tried a variety of new things from the menu here, and they've always been delicious. Sushi made to your order, noodles fried as you watch - everything is super fresh. Service not unfriendly, just a bit... inscrutable! Recommended!

Visiting from Liverpool with family We went for lunch on Saturday. The restaurant was extremely busy. We only booked at 12.30 for 1.30 and Vito squeezed us in. The food was very good as usual, as was the service and excellent value for money. £4.95 for a three course lunch As busy as the staff were they did not turn anyone away, we could see as we were sitting by the window. Also Vito and his staff made time for a chat even though they were extremely busy. Will visit on our next trip.

On my visit to Edinburgh, I had the pleasure of dining at Biblos. I chose a comfortable leather chair by the window and enjoyed a wonderful large bowl of Seafood Chowder. It was packed with different fish and had a delicious base seafood flavour. I would recommend this dish to anyone visiting this beautiful city.

Every time I visit Edinburgh The Filling Station is a must. Perfect 'American' style restaurant. Good food, snappy and polite service. I recommend arriving early as it's so popular. There is a bar waiting area with tables. I always leave happy and full!!

Very compact and friendly, very helpful regarding food allergy! (As both my children have severe allergy this is v. important) food second to none! Had fantastic seafood platter, which had to be seen to be believed! Homemade bread too! A varied menu to suit all tastes, the pheasant was v. good. Wine list also good to match all pockets! Excellent value for money!
