All round great experience..great value for money, we will visit again.

We recently had a drive out to The Pattern Arms at Winmarleigh, Following a friends recommendation. We were not disappointed. we booked prior to our trip as advised, we received a warm welcome, we both enjoyed a well presented, beautifully cooked meal, My husband had the steak pudding (it was huge and full of superably cooked steak) I thoroughly enjoyed two starters and was then tempted by the best rhubarb crumble. Well worth a visit.

Just to say we all really enjoyed our meal and the time we spent at the Patten arms yesterday, our friends also commented on the quality of the food. Thank again.

Excellent food and good value for money. Helpful and knowledgeable waiting staff. Friendly and welcoming. My only issue was that I walk with a stick and the ladies loo was inaccessible for me up steep flight of stairs. Ample car parking. I have been recommending this place to friends already.

Had delicious Sunday roast yesterday…..food was fantastic, amazing cocktails and great atmosphere! Brilliant service…..nothing is ever too much trouble. Definitely give it a try if you haven’t already!

Totally enjoyable dining experience. Friendly and helpful staff, delicious Sunday roast which our party all raved about, great atmosphere and excellent value for money. When the bill came, we thought they may have missed something out - but they hadn’t! I’m not a local, but if in the area again, will definitely return. Many thanks.

Booked a table for 7 pm but was told to wait a minute because the waitress would have to check if it’s ok ?? This didn’t make us feel very welcome. Our food order was taken by a gentleman that seemed like he’d had a very long day and was feeling ‘put out’ by our arrival at 7 pm. We definitely couldn’t describe him as friendly - more he was just there to take the food order and that’s it. Other people arrived at 7.30 pm to dine and this didn’t seem to be a problem? It’s not the best steak we’ve ever had but we would come back to try something different and hopefully the gentleman taking the food orders is in a better mood.

Great breakfast and better service.

We went on Saturday 25th April a party of 4 the place was extremely busy but we were shown to our table straight away and didn’t wait long for orders to be taken the menu is extensive but we all found something we fancied. The food did not disappoint any of us all fresh and portions very good the service was excellent and friendly we couldn’t fault a thing and would highly recommend.

The full English breakfast here is fantastic as are the staff and the owner. Highly recommend everything about this wonderful place!!

Booked the function room for 21 people for a 60th. The food, service and value were excellent. The staff were so attentive, and nothing was too much. Rob and his staff really looked after us. Highly recommended. 5*****

Lovely friendly pub full of locals. Great menu of home made dishes The stroganoff was delicious.

Sunday lunch was fantastic. Meal was great, beer was cold and the service was prompt, polite and efficient.
