Great food with a fantastic service! Recommended!

Four of us had the bottomless brunch and thoroughly enjoyed it. Service, food and atmosphere were great. One waiter even went as far as to find some tweezers to get a dropped ring out of the drain! That’s above and beyond the call of duty. We’ll definitely be back.

They couldn’t provide gluten bun for my burger so I went bun free and I was still stuffed! Burger was tasty and all the trimmings with a sauce with a slight kick was refreshing. Skin-on chips were lovely and crispy too.

We had a fantastic time. The staff we're excellent - some of the best customer service we've experienced in a long time. The food was great, the sun was out and the option of cigars on the drinks menu was the icing on the cake.

Been a few time to settebello now and have always enjoyed the food along with excellent service but on this occasion the food and service was a bit disappointing. Had the t bone steak on the specials menu which was dry and not very tasty all that was needed was a sauce to accompany it. The restaurant wasn’t busy but we were sat there for 15mins with no drinks offered when we arrived, I even had to ask the person serving our table can we order some drinks. I have to mention this which I’ve picked up on when I have booked online a couple of times now. You ask when booking what is the occasion which I said it was my daughters 18th birthday but no mention or acknowledgment by your team when we were there. Small touches go along way, if your asking what the occasion is then act on it, go that extra mile or don’t ask what is the occasion.

Very nice Italian restaurant in a fancy area in Gloucester. Staff is really nice and the food is splendid and pleasantly served. Real Italian atmosphere with English pleasant guests. Our number one go to in Gloucester. Strongly recommended.
