The food was incredible, we had a lovely table outside in the heated seats area and it was amazing. It felt like we were on holiday. The service was wonderful and the atmosphere was really great! 10 out 10 highly recommended!

We had the most lovely lunch. The food was delicious and our waitress Charlotte went above and beyond for us (especially my daughter) and generally made our experience fun and us feel welcome. We will be back again

We have eaten at Stettebello a number of times and it remains, by far, one of my favourite restaurants in Gloucester. The menu choice is varied and the quality of the food they serve is amazing! Being a lover of all things Italian, I am quite choosy about which restaurant to eat at. I'm especially disappointed when a restaurant claims to be Italian and then turns out not to have one Italian person in the kitchen or serving. Settebello is completely authentic and if it is a wonderful Italian experience you are after, then this is the place for you! The atmosphere can vary depending on the day, time of day and if there are any birthdays being celebrated. We went last Tuesday and there was a large table celebrating a birthday and the atmosphere was buzzing and lively. Other times I have eaten there it has been before the busy evening period and was quieter, but the venue is an absolute joy to eat in regardless of whether it is quiet or lively! The management are continously ensuring that guests are not left waiting when the restaurant is full, which shows the high level of professionalism and training they provide to their staff. Alberto, our waiter, was from Sicily, and he was absolutely brilliant! He compliments the great team at Settebello! We had a wheelchair user and the venue is completely wheelchair friendly. The staff couldn't have been more helpful!

On a wet Tuesday evening, a dinner at 8.15 for our daughter birthday, the venue was buzzing and alive. Fab food as per usual, with excellent customer care skills from the staff. We have never had a bad meal or experience here. Loved it

I chose this restaurant based on all the good reviews and word of mouth and i was not disappointed at all! The restaurant, food and cocktails were lovely. Would definitely recommend.

We booked because of the reviews and we weren’t disappointed. Food, location and especially the service was top notch. Our 89 year old mother in law was really looked after.

This authentic trattoria has a lovely welcoming atmosphere. There is a large choice of beer wine and cocktails and the food is excellent. The staff have good customer service and are very attentive to your needs. Well worth a visit.

Excellent food, drink and atmosphere!

After hearing many positive reviews we visited Settebello last Saturday at around 4pm as a little post wedding celebration as my fiancé and I absolutely love traditional Napoli wood fired pizza! The service to start with was brilliant, the waiter was very attentive, funny and efficient. Our pre-dinner martinis were lovely, as was the homemade bread with olive oil to start. The pizzas were very nice and high quality too. Unfortunately however after we were handed our dessert menus it just went straight down hill! Our waiter literally just disappeared for over 45 minutes (we assume he had finished his shift for the day?!), but not one person one came to take his place….. ! Because we weren’t in a hurry, and as we were enjoying our evening, we sat patiently just to see if anyone would come over; but after an hour we decided to skip our planned desserts and additional cocktails and head elsewhere. When we finally asked for the bill another waiter quickly grabbed it for us and we paid and left. It was such a shame. Not quite sure what happened there….?! It was all nice enough, it just put a little downer on the evening unfortunately. We may try Settebello again but in all honesty we are sadly in no rush to return.
