What a nice place! I have been there many times, and I am sure that I will repeat as soon as I can. The food is delicious, but the good thing about the restaurant is the crew. They are kind and polite. The day we visited, the restaurant was full, but we didn't have to wait. If you are going to Bourton-on-the-Water, this is where you want to eat.

No volveremos, hay mil sitios más genuinos y mejores en los Costwolds, sin duda no merece la pena ni por comida ni por el restaurante en sí.

The Miners is so good that we wouldn't go anywhere else for Sunday lunch.

Excellent food. Lovely pub. Cosy inside. Good choice on the menu. Service was brilliant. Really would recommend and look forward to going back.

The Miners has long been a family favourite, to the extent that when my grown daughter visits from Zurich she insists on a meal there each time, and declares the Ploughman's the best she's ever had. We also appreciate the informal but professional service. The only downside is that I can never get three courses in, so have to alternate starter and pudding with each visit!

We had a wonderful evening, the food was excellent and the atmosphere very relaxing and cosy. The staff were very welcoming and the service was ‘spot on’. We will definitely be back. Thanks!

Booked to celebrate my dad's 80th with my wife and mom. A very warm welcome and excellent service throughout. And the food, well, it was truly excellent, the chef even specially did my mom some well done beef for her Sunday roast. Will be returning asap.

Really dissapointing meal . 3 of us, including a child. Child meal was great, burger and chips. However, we had a special of steak. The blue cheese sauce was icy cold, the chips were luke warm, the cooked tomato and mushroom were cold. Not ideal _ the salmon poke bowl consisted of unripe avocado, very cold clumps of rice, certainly not sticky, with radish and salmon. Certainly not what was expected. I'm afraid unlikely to go back

We were a family of five on Saturday evening grandchildren, and elderly father. We enjoyed a fabulous meal including desert and a bottle of wine. Service was superb. Thoroughly recommend The Miners x

It's OK but the food could have been better. The place is lovely, nice staff but the music is really quite loud, that being said the restaurant was not busy but I can expect it can be very loud in there when there are many people. The service was fast and staff were attentive and friendly. Gave a warm welcome. The food is not worth the money, we love Italian food and unfortunately this was not high up on our list. The mozzarella sticks were standard shop bought stuff and the pasta mains were not that great. The meatballs were plain and the carbonara was a bit off. It wasn't bad but just nowhere near the taste and quality of other Italian restaurants, as such it is not value for money. We would not go back.
