Excellent food and service throughout thank you.

Very stylish restaurant with an extensive menu that has the best GF selection I’ve seen outside Italy. Excellent staff , fabulous food and atmosphere. Couldn’t fault it.

A group of 4 of us had a great night..we was welcomed by happy staff..and the food was fantastic.we was made to feel like we was at home..Will definitely be going back again

We had a fantastic time. The staff we're excellent - some of the best customer service we've experienced in a long time. The food was great, the sun was out and the option of cigars on the drinks menu was the icing on the cake.

Thanks to Lorna, we had 2 wonderful evenings at the Croft. Table of 10 and Table of 9 of us. Her help, efficiency and customer service were first class. Thank you. The food was top quality and served promptly.

Been a few time to settebello now and have always enjoyed the food along with excellent service but on this occasion the food and service was a bit disappointing. Had the t bone steak on the specials menu which was dry and not very tasty all that was needed was a sauce to accompany it. The restaurant wasn’t busy but we were sat there for 15mins with no drinks offered when we arrived, I even had to ask the person serving our table can we order some drinks. I have to mention this which I’ve picked up on when I have booked online a couple of times now. You ask when booking what is the occasion which I said it was my daughters 18th birthday but no mention or acknowledgment by your team when we were there. Small touches go along way, if your asking what the occasion is then act on it, go that extra mile or don’t ask what is the occasion.

Book a 60th birthday Sunday roast meal for our family, 21 in total. The service and meal was excellent - The Pub garden was great for the children to play in with adequate family seating to enjoy the surroundings and sunshine after our meal. Jenna who runs the pub is brilliant, nothing is to much trouble. Visited the Pub many times and the food is always good. Lovely surroundings and atmosphere.

We visited for Sunday Lunch on 1 May 2022. We were greeted at the door by a very polite young man who I’d guess was 13 or 14 years old and he was extremely polite and knew exactly what he was doing. He welcomed us and took us to our table and provided drink and food menus. Service was slick and the drinks we ordered were at our table within a few minutes. So the food … it was absolutely outstanding we both had the roast beef which we carved ourselves, and roast potatoes vegetables and gravy. There was nothing at all I’d change it was up there with the best roasts. We had no room for pudding but looking at other dinner’s plates they looked very nice, huge portions too. We’ll definitely be back . A massive thank you to the young man who took us to our table and cleared it after our lunch. He was well worth the tip!!

Easy online booking service. Very helpful and efficient staff. Sunday lunch was excellent, nice to have GF vegetarian option for main course and GF pudding choices. We’ve been several times and would definitely recommend.

Good choices for each course on the menu. The staff were friendly and service was good. The food was delicious and very tasty. So pleased we got to visit whilst staying in the area. We would definitely recommend the Masons Arms for an evening meal.

Very nice Italian restaurant in a fancy area in Gloucester. Staff is really nice and the food is splendid and pleasantly served. Real Italian atmosphere with English pleasant guests. Our number one go to in Gloucester. Strongly recommended.

Superb food, staff and vibrant atmosphere

Delicious food, especially the harissa spaghetti and rosemary focaccia. Lovely atmosphere, it looks really pretty at night, good service.
