Came to settebello for a 30th birthday celebration and had a great time! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Food was wonderful!
Trattoria Settebello – GloucesterOverall experience was good but Penne Arabiata and Spagetti dishes were not cooked enough.
Trattoria Settebello – GloucesterLovely Sunday lunch
Wye Valley Catering – ColefordGreat Sunday lunch. Good portions, good food and pleasant, friendly staff.
Wye Valley Catering – ColefordOur 2nd time to Settebello in the last month - this time, we had the bottomless Sunday brunch which was delightful. Plentiful Prosecco, a good choice of 2 courses and a really lovely buzzing atmosphere! We'll be back again next week!
Trattoria Settebello – GloucesterLovely food, service a little slow, took ages to take drinks order then didn't come for another 15 minutes. This restaurant also does bottomless brunch on Sunday, and the tables that had done this were very loud and disrupting other diners, not good especially when children were in
Trattoria Settebello – GloucesterGreat food nice location even though the restaurant was very busy service was excellent friendly staff
Trattoria Settebello – GloucesterFrom the moment I turned up the service was exceptional. Every request was catered for and with a smile. We sat outside and were lucky enough to have a hot sunny day. The setting is perfect next to the water. The drinks selection is vast and the cocktails are amazing! The food is delicious and portion size brilliant. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I can’t wait to return.
Trattoria Settebello – GloucesterHad an amazing breakfast lovely fresh food and friendly staff
The Croft Restaurant – CheltenhamWonderful front of house staff. Nice place. Fab food. Really enjoyed it!
Trattoria Settebello – GloucesterVisiting the area and our AirBnB hosts recommended The Miners and glad they did. Excellent service from friendly staff, fabulous meals, far more than “pub grub”. Very safety conscious so felt entirely safe and so enjoyable to experience such a great dining in experience.
Wye Valley Catering – ColefordWedding Anniversary meal for 5: we booked but a substantial part of the menu had been given away by the time the evening came so was off. We turned up at the allotted time and were told we had only an hour and a half - but were kept waiting before being seated, and then we were kept waiting to order and to order desserts and to receive the bill (which we asked for three times). Undoubtedly they'd been very busy all day - but the restaurant was far from full in the evening. Sadly it just meant the experience was poor. The main courses (what was left on the menu) were tasty. The desserts were OK. Most of our group had the chocolate mouse with pineapple - I wouldn't bother again. For £5+ it was a con and it did not look appetizing! We were unanimous that the table bill was expensive for what we got. :-( We won't be returning or recommending based on this.
The Croft Restaurant – CheltenhamGreat location. Attentive but not intrusive service. Fabulous food. We will be going again...
Trattoria Settebello – GloucesterService was poor. The place was very busy and we couldn’t seem to get any waiter’s attention. I told them when I booked it was my birthday, thinking they’d maybe say something about it but they didn’t. We weren’t offered puddings, or a glass of lemoncello like other guests who had finished their meal. All in all, I’d say it was nothing special. Such a shame considering I usually love this place!
Trattoria Settebello – Gloucester1st visit, 7 of us. Food was fantastic, one of our party is coeliac and pretty much everything on the menu could be adapted which is amazing. Setting is beautiful, the staff were extremely friendly and food not overpriced. Will definitely be going back.
Trattoria Settebello – GloucesterRestaurant is in a great location, it’s clean and tidy. Food was ok, I had the chicken burger, when it arrived I was shocked at the size of it, and soon realised that it was and oversized chicken breast in a coating that was too big not to be dry. My husband had the pulled pork bun, which he enjoyed. The service was not great. We were seated by a window at the front which was lovely, but I think we got forgotten and it looked like the adjacent table were too. Once we were finished with our food we waited, and waited and waited. I’d guess close to 45 minutes. In the end I gave up on the option of another drink or a dessert and hunted someone down for our bill. Others around us appeared to have arrived after and left well before us. I think I’d skip this next time. Not terrible, not great. Could easily be improved.
The Croft Restaurant – CheltenhamWe booked a table for Monday 31st May. The meal was good, a lot of things were missing off the menu as it was so busy, but we were happy to have the burger. I was annoyed that I was charged for tap water, I thought that was supposed to be free. I also don’t like having a service charge added to the bill, I would rather give a tip if the service is good.
