Down here on holiday, the place is great and the food was amazing, although surly no one can finish one of them meals so big, great service as well

Hi smokey house I came back with family and we really enjoyed the food as like before was fantastic and the service sorry last time I only gave 3 stars on my 2nd visit but the service was not so good and my food wasn't so hot the 1st time was perfect but I still came back and it was absolutely fantastic so thankyou hope to visit again in the future.

5 adults at Sunday lunchtime Efficient service and told food could be about 30 minutes Once ordered only took about 15 minutes so was nice Good quality food and really tasty

Amazing food, could not recommend enough! The sharing platter for starter did 4 of us and I’m not sure what the onion was in the middle but it was unreal! The steaks were cooked to perfection. The service was great and the staff were very helpful and polite. We visited on a Thursday night and finished the night off outside where there was a bike meet and live band on, fantastic atmosphere for all the family.

Portion sizes are massive. Cooked fresh Cannot fault it

Once again, the food was outstanding and plentiful. The service from Alice our waitress for the duration of our meal was outstanding. Can't wait to go back.

This was sent as an email to the smoke house in caister, I have recived a reply to say they have taken this table off their booking system, really pleased that they have made this decision. After booking my table on 26th August for a table for 7 at 5.30pm last night, ( Sat 18th Sept) we where quite disappointed to be sat at the most uncomfortable table In the bar area the bench table, no cushions where available, it was an area that at times became very noisy from patrons ordering drinks at the bar and although we enjoyed our meal the experience it was less than what we wanted. I would have assumed after booking at least several weeks ahead, surely we would have been allocated a better table. The bench table in retrospect should be for last min bookings or walk ins.

Waited a while for our food, couldn’t have cocktails because you guys had no ice. BBQ pulled pork didn’t have any BBQ flavour.

Lovely welcome , ordered cocktails which seemed to take a very long time to come out, starters were amazing and the mains looked amazing but unfortunately the ribs where very dry and the bbq sauce was very bland , far too many chips on the plates , I’d rather a smaller potion of food but better quality , I regularly use the hickory smokehouse where I live and there food is amazing , your food looked impressive but the quality wasn’t quite there ., staff were friendly and welcoming, the overall look of the place is great

We had great service, good drinks and the starters were extremely tasty. The letdown was two of our main courses were spoilt by having very over-salted chips.

Got there after booking a table none ready for us or had been set for us told had to wait for a table I had my 90 year old nan this is why I booked as I thought it would of been ready nanny had to wait on a hard bench. Then heard no one had looked at today’s bookings. Finally got a table food was nice but feel service when we got there and how it was dealt with could of been better

Had a great time. Dog friendly, food was lovely and loads of it. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Had a lovely meal, very efficient staff and very friendly service from Dom. The food was delicious-large portions!
