Food was lovely and the staff were even better. They’d overhead us celebrating a birthday and wrote a hand written card for my partner. Would have been great if they had some beers on tap and maybe an offer cocktail (without being too cheeky)

We love Dan and the team! The new menu offers tasty small plates - love the pork belly! We even got married in the newly renovated restaurant area and Dan was so helpful and accommodating!

We had a beautiful meal and the service was friendly. It’s a cut above your usual pub grub but also reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend. We were even able to have the dog with us. I had the Tuscan chicken which was delicious, others had the burger and fish of the day (sea bass risotto), all of which were apparently equally beautifully cooked. We couldn’t resist the crème brûlée with shortbread for pudding and again it was perfect.

Although the decor and food was good, it's very expensive for the portion sizes. Our waiter was not very knowledgeable and we had to repeat ourselves many times. We enjoyed the food but we wouldn't go back.

Very disappointing, poor value for money. Staff were friendly and hlepful, but quite frankly the food was very poor. None of meat dishes matched the description, and had any flavour. Yakatori Chicken- suggest looking up on internet what this should be- never seen/tasted anything so poor, Adobo pork belly bites with a mango habanero glaze- no flavour at all(honestly felt like they forgot to glaze at all). Gochujang Ribs- C peanut BBQ baby back riblets with a peanut crumb(no flavour of Gochujang). Bonito Slaw ( va)-served in ramekin, tasted awful. They may have had an off night-wont be returning. If you want decent flavours-Suggest Uglybird instead.

We had a brilliant time. The food was great. The drinks were absolutely class. We will be back. We had about 8 dishes between 2 of us and that was plenty. Excellent service.

Beautiful setting with a lovely dark ambiance. Noah was so friendly and polite, and helped us with our order. The food came out quickly and was absolutely stunning — even my husband, who usually isn’t a fan of fish, said the sushi dish was his favourite! We picked 3 mains each and the portion sizes were perfect for this style of dining. Would definitely recommend and return. I also loved that the tip is included on the bill — it makes things so much easier and clearly states it goes to all staff. Thanks again!!

First time trying Pacifico and I'm not sure it's on my list to go back to. Staff were excellent and very attentive and were very helpful with making suggestions. The food came out fast and and was nice enough. I may have been there at the wrong time but when booking I had tried to book for 7:30pm but that wasn't an option which was weird as we were there from 6:45pm and in that time we were one of only three tables and no ones else came in till 8pm. Value for money wasn't great if I'm honest. For a tapasy place the price point was higher than I expected and the portion size on drinks was heavily on the small side. In summary there are other restaurants doing similar things but better in close proximity.

Hi, we attended the restaurant on Sunday 3rd May, the ambience is lovely and the service is excellent. Unfortunately we didn’t enjoy our Sunday roast quite as much, the pork was too well done to the point that you hardly cut it as it was so hard. Some of us found the roast potatoes too hard again to cut, we also found that there were too many conflicting flavours on our plate, the carrots was glazed and the cabbage had some sort of like a vinaigrette, we ordered a portion of cauliflower cheese and this had no taste but also a lot of unidentifiable black bits in it. We were quite disappointed as we have had Sunday lunch before and really enjoyed it, it was a bit of a disappointment to be honest.

visited with a party of 3 for a Sunday meal, table booked for 1pm and at 2pm had been told that need table back in 10 minutes, this was not communicated to as at all in any way, very disappointing. We wanted to stay and have another drink and told can go to bar area, unfortunately only table that was left had been a high table and chairs that my 83 year old mum couldn’t sit at! Poor management of tables and very disappointed of this, outcomes will no longer come back to the establishment due to poor service and lack of managing bookings! Not impressed

The Florence serves one of the very best Sunday lunches you can get anywhere. We visit every couple of months and it's consistently superb. The atmosphere is always really good - with great music which doesn't drown out conversation. The people are friendly. The service we received yesterday wasn't as discrete as usual. It felt a bit abrupt although it was friendly.

Staff were amazing — they knew the menu inside out and gave great recommendations. Being in the catering industry myself, that goes a long way. Service was quick without feeling rushed, cocktails were really nice, and the food was excellent. The music and overall vibe made a really good atmosphere. Would definitely recommend

Lovely staff and a lovely venue. I really enjoyed my first visit to Pacifico and would definitely return. There are plenty of vegan options to choose from, which was great to see. The food and wine was really nice. My only slight criticism and it’s more of a general point than something specific to Pacifico is that I’m not a fan of service charges being automatically added to the bill. The meal was already quite expensive and, although the service was excellent, after already spending a small fortune it just adds that extra “ouch” at the end of the evening. It’s definitely more of a special occasion destination for me rather than somewhere I could afford to visit regularly. Another small thing, which I’ve noticed in other tapas style restaurants too, is serving three pieces of an item when the dish is being shared between two makes it a little awkward to divide up! Also, the hand dryer in the toilets wasn’t great, especially for a newly refurbished restaurant. That said, despite these minor points, I’d still love to visit again for a special occasion and to try some of the other dishes.

Went for a Sunday Lunch, the staff were vey friendly and welcoming. The roasts we had were excellent, with good portions of everything and tasty. I would definitely book again for a roast. I'm looking forward to see what their weekday menu is like.
