Orchid Restaurant – HarrogateWe walked in at 6:00pm and were lucky to get a table. I'd read the reviews but was still surprised by how good the food is. Harry Ramsden's, even in the old days, before it became just a load of indifferent franchises ,comes nowhere by comparison. This is a top quality fish restaurant.
Graveleys Of Harrogate – HarrogateCafe Rouge is a good bet for meals. A varied menu with quality fare. In a short visit to Harrogate we chose to eat at Cafe Rouge on a couple of occasions. Harrogate appears to be a gourmet's paradise.
Cafe Rouge – HarrogateExcellent food and recommended by the Yorkshire evening post (Oliver dine-out), I would recommend to anyone that? like Chinese food.
Imperial – Harrogatebest indian in town
Ali Raj Tandoori – HarrogatePerfect Haddock, chips, mushy peas etc. Just spent 3 nights in Harrogate and persuaded myself that three nights fish and chips at Graveleys was just too self indulgent, so went somewhere else on the third night! They had an excellent menu which I'm sure was just as good as the basic F & C.
Graveleys Of Harrogate – HarrogateMy wife? birthday, Took My 4 adult children along to Harrogate for the weekend and picked Le D2 more or less at random from your website. We were not disappointed, the conservatory table for 6 was ideal, while quiet when we arrived the atmosphere became busy and convivial as the evening progressed. Food was excellent as was the wine both red and white, along with the very good service. Very much recommended.
Le D2 – HarrogateMy wife and I went with a group of friends and had a fantastic evening. Food, wine, service and atmosphere were fantastic. Wonderful food at a realistic price and lots of choice.
Le D2 – HarrogateThe korma was over-sweet, the chicken tikka extremely salty. (The salad was excellent.)
Ali Raj Tandoori – HarrogateThis is our favourite restaurant, we travel from Huddersfield all the time just to go to this restaurant!
Olleys – HarrogateThe wine menu is awesome (with a name like Hotel du Vin one would expect so!) and the food is thoroughly enjoyable. The waiters and sommelier are very knowledgeable and the ambience has a buzz about it that only the clientele can create. I would happily recommend HdV but be careful because it? not cheap, though not extortionate
Hotel Du Vin and Bistro – HarrogateFor a simple bite of Italian (not just pasta and pizzas), this is a lovely little eatery. There are only about 7 tables or so and so it is intimate but the food is fresh, cooked well and the service is friendly. Reasonably priced too.
Italian Connection – HarrogateThe bistro is an absolutely lovely setting for an evening out. The food was excellent, (especially the monkfish with crushed new potatoes) the service was spot on and the wine list is out of this world. Without doubt the best place I?e eaten in Harrogate
Hotel Du Vin and Bistro – HarrogateI absolutely love this restaurant it has been one of my favourite restaurants for a long time. Great for couples and large groups alike the food great, staff always lovely and the wine always flowing - a huge thumbs up!!!
Olleys – HarrogateJust experienced a great Mother's Day Lunch at LeD2. Have eaten here before for lunch and dinner. Very good food and excellent value for money, as always. Lovely atmosphere.
Le D2 – HarrogateHaving gone for 25 years, this is the best easy style fish restaurant in the north of England. Get in early for the downstairs ambience and atmosphere, you can? book at lunch, upstairs is cosy but not as much atmosphere. Overall superb. betty, front of house is an institution. everything is so fresh. just do it.
Drum and Monkey – HarrogateEven though I thought the cost was a bit pricey, you get what you pay for. It was the best Asian food I've had. The service was excellent. I would definitely recommend the Orchid to anyone who likes great food and great service.
Orchid Restaurant – HarrogateMy husband takes me here as often as possible and every time is more special than the last. You are made to feel like family the minute you walk through the door. I took my two teenage children and they also loved it although my made up ghost stories helped. If you want fantastic food, to be treated like the most important people in the restaurant and to know your money was well spent and worth every penny, go now.
