I would recommend the spotted cow to anyone who likes fine food it is not expensive, its friendly, the staff are very pleasant, and the inside is very relaxing with nice decor. Summary. set in a small village with lovely greens i would recommend this place to everyone.

In January this year we went to pennicks and what a treat we had we all had something different and everyone enjoyed what they had and they had proper chips. We decided to go back the next time and again we had a treat food is excellent cost is about the same as other top restaurants in Hartlepool. So guess where we are going again this month?
