The service was impeccable!!! Lucy the waitress/barmaid was really lovely and attentive. Hugh whipped up a dairy free starter and dessert for my young daughter which was greatly appreciated. We had delicious food, atmosphere was really really warm and festive and we would return! Hoping to come back before christmas. Thankyou again for the experience.

The service was friendly and it was easy to order. We loved everything. A few leafy veg might have been good. We'll definitely come again.

The Loughpool – Ross On Wye4 of us went for lunch, whilst holidaying in the area, having booked on-line the evening before. The menu was extensive and varied but, disappointingly, had only one vegetarian option. We all enjoyed our food but thought the restaurant was a little quiet. Good and attentive service and the staff were very helpful with the two members of our party with mobility issues.
