Our first time eating here and what a pleasure it was too, the atmosphere was nice and not too loud for a Saturday evening, the food was second to none and the service was bang on no long waits between courses and very friendly staff they where all easily approached and nothing was too much trouble, we will definitely be back soon!

The Aegean Taverna – HullWe visited on a Sunday afternoon for our wedding anniversary, it was the 1st time we had been-it wont be the last. It was a little quiet but the food and the hospitality was 1st class. After going to Greece in the summer for a holiday we decided on The Aegean as a choice for an authentic Greek meal, we weren’t disappointed, the food was amazing and the desserts awesome. We will be returning, probably later into the evening when hopefully it will be more atmospheric. Overall cannot fault it. YAMAS!

Banarasi – HullFood is very nice, disappointed however, we came a week ago and we got a lovely burger, amazing chips and home made coleslaw. One week later the menu has changed and for the same price (£16) you now only get a burger which is ridiculous, feel a bit scammed when you realise what you could/should get and now I wouldn’t go back. Very big shame!

Banarasi – HullThis place has become by far one of the best Indians in the city. Hull has loads of really good Idian cuisines in the area but Banarasi leads the way in the presentation of its food, the street food style menu not to mention how everything ive ordered over the last 12 months has been full of the flavours of india. Also the staff are always on form.

Banarasi – HullFood was good, really good deal for a burger, chips and a pint! The chips were very unique and really tasty. The only issue I did have is we booked for a table on the Saturday at 8pm and we tried finding our table but because it was so busy we couldn’t see it. We asked at the bar where our table would be and a girl just said ‘it’s on one of the tables’ wasn’t much help at all, so we just had to go on a random table and we were abit squished:/ didn’t really help us
