This was our second visit and it did not disappoint. Generous portions of home cooked local food. Make sure you book in advance!

I booked on Wednesday for an evening meal on Thursday. Just as well as it was very busy. As usual the food and staff were very good.

From start to finish we scored it 10, very polite and friendly front of house staff, the food was superb, you must try the lamb Henry it's simply the best.

We love the Pheasant…have eaten here loads over the years. Excellent pie as always..but very tough slow cooked lamb shoulder. After 3 mouthfuls we told the team; and we were refunded 50%. If we are honest, don’t think that was a great response. We’ll think carefully before returning.

We regularly eat and drink at the Pheasant Inn: you can’t go wrong reallyS the staff look after you, the food is great.

We revisited the pheasant Inn while staying in Keswick and was not disappointed always has a great menu and specials board food excellent lovely atmosphere great value.

Great food. Good atmosphere. Lovely polite staff. If we want a meal out in Keswick it's always our first choice.

Fish pie was had lots of fish so worth the money but was very dry. Venison berginon was good but could have been warmer. We both had a sweet, cheese cake & sticky toffee pudding which were lovely.

This is just one of those places you should go, it's a traditional pub serving great food and the staff are also great.

Fabulous food, great service. So good we’ve rebooked to come back before we return home. Highly recommended.
