My wife and I ate here on Friday 19th May. It’s a wonderful pub, good selection of ale and it was a lovely pint. My wife said the wine was very nice as well. Very nice menu and food was excellent as was service. Will definitely be going back.

A lovely place to spend some time. Made special because it still feels like a proper pub where you can go just for a drink and maybe something to eat, or go for a special meal! Food was delicious staff very welcoming and service was very good. Will definitely go again.

Always head for the Pheasant when visiting Keswick and never disappointed, Will be back again in a few weeks time to enjoy the great food.

Ate here two evenings whilst staying in Keswick. We always make a booking when in the Lakes at this place as it is a popular venue and the staff are always pleasant. Food is good too!

Saturday night at the Pheasant the food highlight of a four day stay in the Lakes. Service and staff great. The food for six guys: two lamb Henry's, two steak pie and two venison then an array of sweets: choc pudding, rasbery pavlova. and a not so simple icecream. Great food always to a high standard over the last several years. See you next year

Excellent food, as always. This is one of my favourite places to eat in keswick, the food is always hot and fresh. Decent portion sizes and they always have a great specials board. I live in Peterborough and when ever I visit the lake district I always make sure I'm booked in here, I'd happily drive the 4 hours just for their fish pie!

Each time we visit Keswick we book a meal here, as usual, it was excellent and looking forward to going again in July

Great food always visit when we are in the area

We visited at very short notice and they were able to accommodate a party of nine .Food was exceptional, yes we waited a little longer than normal for our food but it was all freshly cooked and piping hot . Selection of beer kept the boys happy . All round a great experience. Portion size is generous, we didn’t have room for dessert

Great food, friendly staff. Portions are very generous and tasty. Strongly recommend, particularly if you’ve had a day of walking.

Excellent service. Great atmosphere but most importantly fab food! This is our second visit here and we were not disappointed. Homemade pie/fresh veg what’s not to like.
