Absolutely amazing meal last night, yet again. Family of 2 adults and 3 children. Our favourite pub in the area and it didn't disappoint. All 5 meals were excellent, we all cleared our plates and the portions were generous. Food all fresh, hot and delicious. Only ever so slight negative this time would be we were on a table for 4, so the children had to squish up a bit. Also directly opposite the front door and adjacent to the bar area, so it was a little chilly everytime the door was opened and there were always people stood right next to our table waiting for the bar. I do usually request a table in the dining area but forgot on this occasion. But only a minor problem and they were fully booked.

Absolutely delicious Sunday lunch and crumble for pudding was to die for. Highly recommend and will definitely be back when we visit Keswick again.

We visited with friends for dinner at the weekend. Although the restaurant was very busy we received excellent service and the food was delicious . A great menu selection and all our meals were beautifully presented. Highly recommend.

Interesting menu, which is attractively presented and also delicious. Very reasonably priced and excellent service. A visit is a must when we visit Keswick. Thank you.

The Kats Kitchen staff were very welcoming and the food was amazing. Even a call too say we had left an umbrella. Would definitely recommend.

enjoyed a meal for 8 on sat night, service was faultless, food amazing,the waiter even noticed my pint had about 1 quarter of inch too much head so took it away to top up.its this kind of detail that will ensure a return visit and a glowing report to all other lakes walkers.well done to the staff !

Excellent service, food and value

Unfortunately I booked for 17:30 rather than 19:30 but we were pleased that they managed to find a table for us and we enjoyed the meal.

Absolutely lovely meal here on Easter Sunday evening. In fact it was easily the best meal we had over the weekend! Well worth the little walk from Keswick town Centre. My only complaint was there was too much!

Had Sunday lunch, was absolutely superb. The Pheasant came highly recommended from family members, so was expecting a lot - I didn’t leave disappointed. Beer was so good also!

Excellent meal, friendly polite staff, nothing too much trouble. Will definitely be returning soon. Recommended

Had a lovely meal last night at the Pheasant Inn, friendly and fast service and the food was excellent. Will definitely be back.
