Awful Meal & Customer Service Service was very slow an hours wait for our starters, then another hour for mains, when the mains arrived I had ordered a prawn dansak and a prawn Korma arrived, they offered to change it but I had already waited an hour , and my other guests were eatting their mains so I could not wait again x All they did was take off the price of the curry from my bill Not even bothered that i had not even eaten !!!! Not the best customer service Very disappointed They also served my rose wine in a gin glass & just dumped the wine bottle on the table no ice bucket x Not impressed tbh

Five star service all round. Been a couple of times to dine in the restaurant. Excellent food, well presented. Best tasting dishes in the area. Buraq will definitely be our first choice for curry! All of the Buraq team are friendly and professional. A credit to the management. Thank you all.

First review sent too soon as didn't change the ratings below. First time here and wanted to come here for a long time. Love driving past and seeing the autorickshaw parked up. Lovely place, welcoming staff, great atmosphere and the food was amazing.

Had a fantastic meal at Buraq during the Eat out to Help out scheme. Food was really tasty and we will definitely visit again. Easy to see why they have won so many awards!!

Its been a while but another enjoyable trip to our favourite Indian. The service is always quick and good, staff are excellent the quality of the food is second to none. Also good to see the special conditions in place and you can tell it is a good place it was packed on a Tuesday

Visited for the first time recently and can only say that we were given the best dining experience had in a number of years. The restaurant was relaxing and very clean with social distancing applied. The food was superb and the family naan bread is worth ordering as a talking point. The staff were very attentive and food was served at intervals that was perfect for a fine dining experience. To cap it off the beer was draught Cobra at cheaper than pub prices. If that wasn’t enough they are members of the meerkat 2 for 1 dining scheme. We will definitely be revisiting in the near future.

Fantastic food. Fantastic service considering the current crisis. Attentive staff. Would recommend for everyone who enjoys Indian food to visit.

Given C19 I was cautious when I saw How busy it was for eat out to help out. Virtually every table was occupied. However the staff were all on message and operated most efficiently putting to she other places with half the custom. I was again cautious when one of pappadom had not been cooked through. However my Meat Thali was excellent and I'll be back.

1st time eating in the Buraq due to living across the road we always have a takeaway but with the great service and whats seemed like the food was even better we will be back alot more regularly great service

We visited on Saturday night with another couple. The staff were very attentive whist maintaining social distance. Food was excellent as usual so we will be visiting again before long!

We went to the buraq on opening night after lockdown, what a fabulous meal, everything was perfect, from the food to the staff, and well managed social distance, always feel like your special here.

Excellent food - good value and very attentive service from polite waiters.

The place looks fantastic. Very well refurbished pub outside and inside. However the food lets it down. Again presentation is good but the actual food poor. Style over substance. I have heard this from numerous friends sadly too

We very much enjoyed our meal, good service by friendly waiters in comfortable and relaxing environment.

Food was fantastic, lamb chop starter was fabulous and Tandoori king prawn Sagg exceptional.
