This place reminds me of south Italy. Warmth, hot atmosphere, great food, and lots of comfort. I am quite picky but at this place I feel very comfy. Service was outstanding. I recommend to any one to visit this little napoly. Mario & Carina

Another wonderful lunch. I enjoy going to work much more knowing my lunch will be affordable and extremely tasty (and not that fattening) I can also bring along my laptop and connect to the internet to check my mail. Great place, day or night.

Well it? taken me far too long to submit my review for here. I took my boyfriend back in September for his birthday here. Wow. We were greeted by the most friendly of staff, drank at our leisure outside on the veranda in the wonderful setting. Our meal was perfect, very relaxed, beautiful huge king prawns and scrumptious other food. All washed down with a beautiful bottle of wine. I had mentioned that it was my partners birthday when I rang to book the table. They said they'd make it an evening to remember. Boy did they do that. After our main course, we sat enjoying our wine when we heard a big "gong" I completely forgot that I'd told them it was my partners birthday and assumed that this was what happened when people ordered the set meal for 8 or something. Anyway, 8 people arrived with little instruments singing "Happy Birthday", and a banana fritter and ice-cream for us to share. Needless to say that evening is one of our fondest memories and we are looking to return there in May for our anniversary.

I am now a regular at the restaurant it is so good and the prices are affordable. The food is very good and the waiter(s) are very helpful and friendly. We can meet friends in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere without any pressure to eat up and go. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

A brunch trip to R&F is always a treat. First thing you can't do better than a friendly face bearing a wicked big fat veggie breakfast and top coffee. Later on, getting a lunch table can be something of a struggle in the small arcade cafe, but it's testament to the good food, good service and busy but friendly vibe on offer. Well worth a visit.

This is one of the best Indian restaurants I?e eaten in; everything about it is a pleasure. I find it reasonably priced, can get quite expensive if you?e drinking. Would recommend it to everyone. That nice I? going tonight!!!

Fantastic venue and food. The decor is out of this world. If you are in Leeds, you must try this amazing restaurant. One of the best meals I have ever had outside France.

a perfect restaurant for any occasion, the service was spectacular, the food was wonderful, and the price was modest. I would of happily paid more. I have never before been made to feel this relaxed and looked after in a restaurant. I will definitely be going back soon...... highly recommended

La Besi is my favourite Italian restaurant in Leeds, the service is fantastic and the staff are very polite. The food was very good. my party was catered for fully. The atmosphere was relaxed. I would definitely recommend La Besi to anyone

We went for food on a Monday when they have half price burgers and it was fab! The tables were almost full (which is great on a Monday evening) and the staff were really friendly. The food came quickly and was delicious. It's not just run-of-the-mill burgers; there is a Thai burger (with fish cake on) and an Italian burger (mozzarella, burger, olives, tomato, basil etc) to name a few. Even at their full price these meals were good value, but at half price they're great!

A lovely little place, accommodated our party superbly. The service is second to none, really helpful staff that are extremely friendly, adding to the warm ambience of the restaurant. Will definitely come here again soon!!

I was astounded by the exquisite taste and flavour of the dishes. Believe me, from a man who loves his food this was by far the greatest experience i have witnessed. The ambience was amazing; as soon as I entered the restaurant we were warmly greeted. The service throughout the night was outstanding. Leeds has been lacking a good, Chinese restaurant and now there is finally a fine establishment that can be called the best restaurant in Leeds. Marvellous!

Amazing experience-very traditional Thai cuisine that is excellent. My favourite restaurant in Yorkshire and cant wait to go again!

Great place to chill after work, live pianist on Thursdays and Fridays is excellent. Pizza pasta offer that they do for £5.95 including a drink is great. This place is a forgotten oasis! if you haven't been since you were young you need to go! staff very friendly
