Jakes has to be the best place to go in Leeds. Its full of all the best people plays the best music and does the best cocktails-try the pink zombie! Its so good I practically live in there!

If there's one place im always guaranteed to be all the time its Jake's!! Home from home - it's the best bar in Leeds at the minute and in perfect position in the heart of call lane! The music is the best, the atmosphere is always great and the people are so laid back. Jake definitely did a good job here - a first love !! xx

One of the nicest restaurants I have ever been to. Had to wait a while for a table but didn? mind at all as having a drink in the gorgeous bar area was lovely. Staff were excellent as was the food and it wasn? pricey at all. We got a pasta dish for main and were expecting a tiny portion because of price but there were loads! Would definitely visit here again.

we had party over 10 of as and we will go back to La besi again and all the time ,very good food and best service in Leeds.

Great night out, the food was excellent and the fact that the bar/eating area are separate allowed you to have the great ambience but be able to talk without having to shout. Definitely worth a try!

Hey, I thought Bibi? was AMAZING -if you have never been you should go as soon as you can. The puddings are incredible and I loved every minute of dining there. If you go make sure you check out the toilets - they are soooo cool... With love xxx

I had very good meal in La Besi and good time

I always go to Akbars when staying in Leeds - it is the best I have found by a wide margin. I prefer the ambience in the Greek St restaurant - but unfortunately they do not serve Liver Tikka. This is available as a starter at the Eastgate restaurant, and should not be missed. The price is extremely reasonable considering the excellent food and service.

Fantastic ambience with really attentive service, beautiful surroundings but the real winner here is the kitchen team, the food is wonderful, we have been many times now and never been disappointed, the varied and extensive menu never fails to achieve the highest heights of fine Thai cuisine. Always welcoming to afmilies and even very young children, a joy and a pleasure to dine here, we will certaionly be back again and again and again.

this was a wonderful little find, attentive staff good menu and a excellent wine menu, scallops to begin with which were spot on, fillet steak stuffed with mushrooms and garlic this was just divine, we shared a bottle of pouille fuise-very good indeed, a little pricey two starters, two mains and a bottle of wine and a couple of drinks while waiting to be seated around £90.00, but i have to say overall it was well worth it- will certainly be coming back

If you love the gay scene this is the place to be. Bar fibre by far is one of the classiest places in Leeds. The foods great and so are the staff.

We enjoyed a fabulous late lazy lunch after Christmas shopping in Leeds on 10.12.05. The menu was excellent which made making our minds up difficult so we had another drink! The food was excellent and the recommended wine was delightful. We can't praise this place enough and are looking forward to going again.

Been here a few times, and always excellent food and excellent cocktails. There's a genius to putting things like lemongrass and lime with vodka which allows you to persuade yourself it's exotic and healthy... Also it tastes very good. The aubergine bento box is my favourite.

My new favourite place!! Truly a little piece of Thailand, here in Leeds. Ive eaten all over Yorkshire and this is the best Thai food Ive had since returning from Thailand 3 yrs ago.. My first visit I left disappointed as they were fully booked, but since then, I have returned several times, and can't find a fault to date!! Very impressed.

Hansas offers something for everyone. The staff were great fun and very entertaining and the fo food was exciting, interesting and very tasty. Definitely leave room for dessert as you won't leave disappointed.

I stayed in the Manchester hotel this w/e and I was absolutely thrilled. I think its a superb hotel. Everything is top class. Thoroughly recommended.

My friends and I visit this place every week since July. The food was always very good. The service was outstanding. Staff always make you welcome with lovely smile special top floor. But now service not the same since the Thai boy with spiky hair left

A very good experience with good food. Open Kitchen a good thing so you can see what's going on. Great selection of starters.
