Over more than three decades, Hansa’s in Leeds picked up a string of accolades for its home-cooked Gujarati vegetarian food including 'Best Vegetarian Restaurant in the UK' from the Telegraph. Named after owner and chef Hansa Dahbi, the eponymous venue added a cookery school, published Hansa's Indian Vegetarian Cookbook and even took their customers on guided tours to Gujarat and other parts of India. The restaurant is no more but the cookery school lives on running regular Indian cookery courses throughout the year. Classes generally start at 10am and finish with lunch but some additional classes run from 2.30pm-5.30pm. Gift vouchers make an ideal Christmas gift and outside catering is available too. For more information on what’s on or to book a place, just email email@example.com
Our new series of classes for 2020 is starting on Sat 1st February when Hansa will be cooking some of her most popular Starters, so please do enrol as soon as possible. You can book by sending a request to firstname.lastname@example.org then we’ll contact you back with the relevant information.

Please note that all of the classes will run for approximately three hours starting at 10am and finishing with lunch and afternoon session starting at 2.30pm finishing with a dinner.
A lot of our students were bought a Hansa’s Cookery Class Voucher as a birthday or Christmas present which they used to book on to one of the classes. They inevitably booked themselves on to more of our classes, after having sampled the fun they had during Hansa’s Cookery classes. A couple of people bought the full Hansa’s Cookery Course (8 sessions) for their spouses as a Christmas present, which was fantastic because the present lasted a whole year and the family will be reaping the benefits of the course for years to come.
Our gift vouchers can be purchased in £10 and £20 denominations and we can even post it off for you, to make it a real surprise.
