Royal Eastern – Bradfordthe oddfellows has the best pint in worksop and ted and shiela keep a brill pub with no riff raff.the beer is priced at £2.30 for stones and£2.50 for carling and there is a huge selection of cans and bottles if you want something else.i recommend this pub wholeheartedly
The Oddfellows Arms – Worksopas an italian myself, this is by far the best, brilliant atmosphere and fantastic food, will return time and time again, not to be missed. thanks for a brilliant night rico and heather :)
Rico’s – Roundhayvery nice food, very welcoming and authentic as it gets.
Sweet Centre Restaurant – BradfordHaving spent two weeks touring the Gujarat last year and eating the best curries three times a day, i can strongly recommend a visit to Prashad's. Fantastic, authentic, delicious. Thali-tastic! Thank-you very much too for your friendly service. Next time i will be attempting a monster dhosa which i will refuse to share!
Prashad – BradfordI won a meal for two at the olive tree off this website :), me and my boyfriend went for our 1 year, can honestly say it was perfect! amaaazing food, we got the meat meze share 3 course meal, was lovely, so tasty, was so full I couldn't even finish it all which i was gutted about as it was such great foood!! Amazing, would definitely recommend it to anyone:D. Thank you!!
The Olive Tree Greek Restaurant – HeadingleyCompletely horrendous. I took my elderly grandparents here for dinner, approximately 4pm. There was only about two other tables in the restaurant and we were still left waiting for almost 30 minutes before being shown to the carvery. I asked twice how long it would be and the 'waitress' barked back that ot would be 2 minutes on each occasion. When we did go up to the carvery there were limited, dry vegetables - we were left waiting another 5 minutes before the new carrots arrived. By this point we had spotted a big fly sat on the turkey so enough was enough! We left, and will not go back. Me and my boyfriend left this restaurant about 3 weeks ago too because we were left for ages before our order was taken. We ordered 2 carveries, was left for another 10 minutes then told there was not enough meat left! A shambles, completely unable to wait upon less than 10 customers, god knows what it would be like if it was full. Do not go here.
The Oyster Catcher – HullWhat a hidden gem! After walking with my little boy we stopped for a refreshment, we received an excellent warm greeting from the friendly staff. The choice of drinks was excellent with something for everyone's taste. The beer garden is amazing for the children with a mixture of activities for all ages. Would definitely recommend it to friends and I will be back myself especially for some of the up and coming events which were advertised around the pub.
Scotland Inn – BatleyTook about 25 minutes to get served, carvery meat was tough, veg was old and freezing. i saw a waiter filling up a tub of sweet and sour sauce from a huge uncle ben's jar. wouldn't return ever!!!
The Stump Cross Inn – Halifaxwent for Sunday and had really cracking Sunday dinner . me and my wife have been going quite a bit since it changed hands and although the burgers and pie satisfy , they can get a bit boring on a regular basis . the new Sunday menu is basic needs for a good Sunday "sit down and pig out " session !!! good beef (with pork or chicken aswell ) and the gravy is to die foooor .
Voda Lounge – HuddersfieldGood food and menu, attentive staff, sunday lunch amazing, only let down is its very dark!!!
Shibden Mill Inn – HalifaxLost its sparkle after new owners arrived, rude and arrogant. Boring bland food, unclean
Brown Horse Inn – HalifaxGoing out in the bright Spring sunshine on an afternoon and then coming here for dinner afterwards has to be the most enjoyable way to spend a Sunday in April, especially when our meal included some of our favourite dishes such as Rebgan Bhajias, Bhel Supreme, Masala Dosa, Zuchchini and Peas, and Kichddi. How do Kaushy Patel and her brilliant team in the Prashad kitchen continue to maintain such a high standard of cuisine? It is no wonder that she has won plaudits year after year. Thank you Kaushy, thank you Prashad for a most delicious and enjoyable meal.
Prashad – Bradfordvisited in feb 09 and still the freshest and best value 4 money you can get, never let down our fav eatery when we go out we always look forward to thai erawan ps new dish hor mok seafood the dogs boll!!!!! pete xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Thai Erawan Restaurant – Roundhayi think this has to be probably the best Indian cuisine in the whole of the Leeds area, other places I've tried have awful service and their food is like card board, i strongly recommend this place for service and quality... don't look at the price because its worth it!
