Jinos Thai Cafe – HeadingleyI can hardly bear to tell everyone about this wonderful restaurant and let the secret out but the owner, Bafti, is so nice that he deserves the extra custom. La Besi is a cosy little Italian bistro with a stylish interior, delicious food and charming staff. Even the chef is Italian and the whole place exudes an ambience of quality and pleasure. Not only is the standard of cuisine and service high, the price had me won over. Change from £30 for a three course meal for two. You don't see that often outside the faceless chain restaurants who only serve up bland meals. I have to confess I am a sucker for these little independent family restaurants anyway because the service is so much better and I am a bit tired of the big chains, but with La Besi it has everything else going for it as well. I highly recommend the steak or the seafood risotto. Can't wait to have my Christmas works meal there. Enjoy this little slice of Italian perfection before it gets too trendy and booked up. At the moment they are only small, with about seven or eight tables inside. Luke.
La Besi Restaurant – Leeds City CentreHaving booked Room Only we searched for somewhere to eat breakfast. The lady who owns the place is delightfully eccentric. She sings along to Italian songs at the top of her voice and doesn't hesitate to express her feelings, shouting at staff and customers alike. After a short while we entered into the spirit, laughing with abandoned enjoyment, and we felt that we were in an Italian trattoria. We enjoyed our breakfast so much that we returned the next morning. The food was freshly cooked and there was plenty of it! This is the ONLY place to eat breakfast in Leeds!

John Bull Inn – ThorneWe have had two family celebrations here, both were a great success. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly and despite us arriving late they accommodated us with a smile. The food is very good and we particularly like the upstairs lounge where you can relax with a drink before or after your meal. Highly recommended.
Dining Room – YorkThe Crown is one of my families favourites, the friendly staff and excellent food and service make for a more than enjoyable evening for all! Well worth a visit especially for a Chicken Parmesan, don't just take my word for it try it for yourself! You will not be disappointed!
Crown Hotel The – YarmSunrise restaurant is a beautiful restaurant with loads of different varieties of delicious kashmiri foods and the cost was very cheep and the service and food was wonderful i would recommend it to anyone that wanted to visit a nice restaurant and it is actually a banquet and the cost is £6:00 and it used to be 5:00

China Court Restaurant – BarnsleyI visited the Crosby after hearing it was under new ownership and I can honestly say the standards have considerably improved since. The welcome from the barman was fantastic - as was the service and the food. The Crosby is a very cosy and comfortable pub anyway, but the excellent friendly service makes it more so. The last management dropped the usual high standards of the Crosby which reflected in the food and service quality - therefore I stopped visiting. I am sure it is the same for many customers. I can truly recommend the Crosby the anyone thinking of visiting and promise you will enjoy your meal there! Hats off to the new staff and management for improving things so quickly and successfully!!!

Old Steps – Leeds City CentreI went to the Rhubarb Triangle && it was amazing, the food was gorgeous && they gave a nice amount. Not too much, not too little. The staff were friendly and had smiles on their faces at all times, which i think is important. The next day i then discussed it with a friend, and she said how nice it is, so we arranged for us 2 and 7 other friends to go. We look forward to it =]
Rhubarb Triangle Brewers Fayre – Wakefieldexcellent restaurant, really great food. The dishes look so fresh and it tasted YUM!!!!! Will be back.
