I invited my cousin from York to join me for afternoon tea on Dec 15th. It was all delicious. And my cousin was impressed. The sandwiches and scones were lovely. And the little open mince pies, from the oven and served with blackberries, just wonderful. The staff were great, as usual. What a nice place to eat good food.

My husband and I had the Tasting menu on Saturday night and thoroughly enjoyed it, every course was delicious and it's nice to have something different in Saltburn. My only complaint was how cold it was in there, it was fine at first but my feet were freezing by the end of the evening (and I had socks and boots on!).

This week 8 of us ate at 19 at 6.15. We all enjoyed the Xmas menu, it was lovely. And so were the staff. . Ive now had coffee and scones am, a market meal and xmas menue and its all great quality food with great flavours. And have now booked an afternoon tea. In December.. Your sured of a warm welcome and great food at this lovely new cafe/resturant in Saltburn

Our first visit. We had the market menu and will book to come back for the taster menu. Very nice environment and excellent service. The food was really top class. I thought it was good value for the quality of the experience.

Eaten here couple of times. Both the market menu and the full tasting menu. Great food and service. Lovely to see this sort of quality so local. Will definitely be back and continue to support this fine establishment.

Well that was the most beautiful meal I have had in a very long time. There were 5 of us and 5 empty plates . The fish main was outstanding and the beef Wellington cooked perfectly . The staff are lovely and the place has a nice buzz to it without being overcrowded We had the market menu but I can’t wait to go and try the tasting menu next Thanks David snd the team for a perfect evening

My husband and I enjoyed your taster menu on Saturday. The service was excellent and the 8 courses even better. None of the courses were a disappointment; the flavours and presentation were spot on. We will be back to taste your food again.

We had a really lovely meal - the market menu was exceptional and great value for money - I can't remember ever having a better cod dish ... we are now really looking forward to trying the tasting menu. Every course was delicious. Service was spot on too.

Had a lovely evening at 19 with friends . It was an amazing food experience from a very talented chef . The staff were lovely and the restaurant has a pleasant ambiance. Keep up the good work team 19 as we are lucky to have this restaurant in Saltburn.

Absolutely amazing restaurant. The service and the setting were fantastic. The food however was sublime. Interesting, tasty and so well presented. These guys know what they are doing. Had much more expensive tasting menus but this was up there and way surpassed our expectations although I had a feeling it would be good. Great to have the chance to chat to the team. Wish we were more local so we could come more. Honestly though we will re visit the area as soon as we can for a return visit to this amazing gem of a restaurant. Get booking before it has a 3 month wait list!

Unique. Cafe by day, restaurant by night. The evening set-menu was a delight, rich with flavours and sublime presentation, taste after taste of exquisite food that made us wow mouthful after mouthful. With atmosphere to boot, tipped with friendly and engaging service that exuded both confidence and excitement for the food presented, dish after dish. Whilst I'd like to keep this place a little known secret to ensure I can always get a table, it's simply too good not to share and wish such a delightful experience on others. Please go, enjoy, you will come away happy.

We enjoyed a market menu 2 days ago with friends. Exquisite tastes with 3 courses. A lovely meal and wonderful friendly staff. 19 is a new venue making a mark in Saltburn.

Delicious food, great atmosphere, friendly and helpful waiting staff. Would highly recommend and we’ll be booking again.

Staying in Saltburn for a few days and so happy I found this culinary gem. I had the pleasure of enjoying the taster menu with the accompanying wine flight. Food was creative and delicious in inviting and comfortable surroundings served by friendly and attentive staff. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough and look forward to future visits to the area so I can enjoy more of this wonderful food, wine and hospitality.

Sunday lunch ! We had the 5 courses and it was all totally delicious! The ham hock terrine was good very good ! The beef was perfectly cooked and all the accompanying vegetables were tasty and well cooked and seasoned Service was friendly and knowledgeable! We will be back!

Taster menu was fantastic. The flavour combination for each course is a taste sensation. Would definitely recommend to a friend. Service was excellent and we will definitely be back for more.
