Went for lunch with a friend. The food was great and the service was excellent. Love the fact the breakfast menu was also still available. The waitress was on her own but she was amazing. The food is much better than the intial impression the building gives you. I would certainly recommend and return

This is one of the best Sunday lunch I have had and the Yorkshire pudding was to die for. If you want beautifully cooked food and excellent service, then look no further.

The food itself was amazing; I went for the large leg of pork meal and the portions were generous, including the additional pigs in blankets I ordered with it. The food was hot and perfectly cooked. The staff serving were attentive, polite and helpful. The whole experience was brilliant and id definitely go again and recommend it to others.

Recently had my 40th. birthday and my missus surprised me with a party, I didn't realise that the owners had been working with my better half to put a menu on dedicated to myself. I had the beef and cheddar cheese bon bons (amazing by the way) with a venison wellington for mains (again, absolutely amazing). In short, a brilliant pub/ restaurant and such a great place to dine Mon-Fri let alone a special occasion. A big thank you for making every occasion, let alone my 40th such a special day.
