Huckleberrys Bar & Grill – LincolnFood was excellent and very good value. Gluten free options too.
The Kitchen – SpaldingExceptional food and service. We have been here several times before so always know the food will be great but this time from walking through the door we were met with a lovely welcome and shown to our table by the manager. On ordering I explained to the waitress I was gluten free and she said she would send the manager over who could explain my options. He was so knowledgeable and nothing was too much. Explained they could do pretty much anything I wanted. Came and checked on us and thanked us genuinely when we left and we all felt more than just a pound note to them. With the amount of establishments opening in Lincoln, customer service and high standards go a very long way. Well done and we shall be back (just please make sure you have the veg burger in stock as my daughter is vegetarian and the other choices were limited) Big well done to the manager though. A credit to the industry :-)
Huckleberrys Bar & Grill – LincolnVisited Lincoln Christmas market and booked our table in advance. Lovely food with good portion sizes and very friendly staff. Would highly recommend.
Huckleberrys Bar & Grill – LincolnWe went to Lincoln for the Christmas market, but the best part of our visit was this restaurant! Attentive and friendly staff, with delicious food also. ☺️
Huckleberrys Bar & Grill – LincolnWe had a lovely meal at Huckleberrys last Friday. The place has a nice atmosphere and is really interestingly decorated. It was all trimmed up for Christmas when we went but I'm sure it feels just as cosy at other times too. The staff were very attentive, friendly and efficient. The food was delicious. I can't wait to go back just for the pecan Pie! The only negative was that the Barefoot Pinot Grigio was almost £24 a bottle. I thought overpriced so I had cider, which was lovely but not my first choice. We went out the next night to another restaurant and a bottle of Pinot was £18, which I thought was acceptable.
Huckleberrys Bar & Grill – LincolnLovely food, lovely place, lovely staff
Huckleberrys Bar & Grill – LincolnWe came to huckleberry’s on Saturday night and couldn’t fault our experience! We’ve been before and knew what we’re were getting and wasn’t disappointed! The server Bekah was amazing, the food was fantastic and the service was quick and speedy! 10/10 place, would easily recommend!
Huckleberrys Bar & Grill – LincolnService was very good although food seemed to take a long time coming out. The room was cold, which unfortunately turned some of my food cold before I had finished eating.
The Kitchen – SpaldingThis was our first visit to Huckleberry’s and we had a very enjoyable time. From the warm greeting from Josh on arrival to the lovely service from Rebekah throughout we were made to feel special. The food and wine were excellent; the Filthy Chicken Po Boys were delicious and we had just enough room left for desserts - Pecan Pie and Caramelised Apple Pie - both delicious! We also enjoyed a bottle of the Los Ondos Chilean Sauvignon Blanc. To sum up, good food and excellent service. Highly recommended. Thanks guys!
Huckleberrys Bar & Grill – LincolnReally great. Food was delicious and service was very good,,The staff were really friendly and helpful. The only thing I’d say was the portion size of the beef brisket ( large) wasn’t what I’d call large.. compared to the burger and ribs it was definitely on the small side.
Huckleberrys Bar & Grill – LincolnThe food and service was excellent. Highly recommend.
Huckleberrys Bar & Grill – LincolnFood was lovely 2 owners were very welcoming , we stayed in one of the accommodation upstairs and restaurant manager was so helpful Our young waitress was one of the friendliest waitresses we have met Highly recommend this restaurant Felt very welcome
Huckleberrys Bar & Grill – LincolnGreat stay, very welcoming, food delicious. Ideal location and parking on site. All good.
Huckleberrys Bar & Grill – LincolnBooked a table for two after seeing reviews and pictures online of the food. We were greeted by Josh who I think thought I may have dementia as the amount of times he welcomed us to “hucks” incase we forgot where we were. The overall service from both Josh and Bekah felt very forced. We ordered one of the filthy cow burgers and ‘LARGE’ brisket. The burger was nice, I can say that much but the bread bun was soggy, the slaw was watery the Cajun fries were really nice but it’s hard to mess up fries, The ‘large’ brisket however taste really nice, but the portion size for the price was shocking and was more like pulled beef than beef brisket this had one small wrap cut into two, with 3 slices of pickle and some chopped up peppers, the slaw again, was watery and inedible. Again fries, hard to mess up. Bekah asked about sauce while my partner was away in the restroom discovering air fresher DUCT TAPED to the inside of the window. I did advise I wasn’t sure what sauce he would want and she said she would come back, never did however had to ask a bartender for the mayo. When we had enough of the food we had sat to talk for a while when in mid conversation Josh had appeared from nowhere at the side of us asking if we were okay and needed anything again it was a gesture of customer service but it was very odd just peering over the top of the chair. Then my partner decided to order a cocktail The old fashioned we could see the bar from where we were sat, so my partner was watching them make the cocktail. The guy behind the bar proceeded to take out the ice cubes from an ice cube tray using his hands and putting them into the glass, so you not have tools for this? Then the bar lady again didn’t catch her name was being taught how to garnish the cocktail.. she was doing well until she twisted the orange peel, dropped it into the glass, and VERY nearly fished it out with her fingers to put it on the side, thank god the other bartender had stopped her. Overall to pay the prices paid for the food quality we received was disappointing, I’ve never been one to complain about a restaurant and we did say things were okay at the time because it’s so awkward. But I felt this was in need to review this.
Huckleberrys Bar & Grill – LincolnWe visited and the food was delicious. The service was very attentive but felt a little forced. It was a little bit suffocating and did not feel natural. We were asked if we needed anything else on 4 separate occasions outside of visiting our table for usual reasons. It would often disrupt conversation. Just a little feedback for the team. But thank you so much.
Huckleberrys Bar & Grill – LincolnIt is our favourite place to eat when we visit Lincoln. Food and service were both excellent but to be charged £23.95 for a bottle of entry price wine (Barefoot) felt like a bit overpriced
Huckleberrys Bar & Grill – LincolnWe enjoyed the food very much indeed. The waitress service was excellent.
