The Anchor Inn – SpaldingFood was fantastic possible best steak in Gainsborough
The Maltings – GainsboroughWe went on Fri.for lunch, I have used this pub for over 45 years and had been back for the last 2 years. It was as good as ever great beer and great bar food well worth a visit when you are next in Louth!!
The Wheatsheaf Inn – LouthWent for dinner at The Ship Inn last night. Beautiful setting with a roaring fire. Excellent service with warm and friendly atmosphere. Food was absolutely beautiful - will definitely be visiting again!
The Ship Inn – Spaldingfantastic food fantastic prices great venue
Wagon and Horses – Granthambest fish & chips for miles
Cox’s Traditional Fish and Chips – GainsboroughSunday roast not worth the money. The beef was chewy, the comi-chef dished out the roast potatoes and the vegetable selection was bare minimum plus the gravy was like water.
Springfields Tavern – SpaldingI visited The Bull Inn at Rippngale on 10th Julyt 2011 and was impressed by the friendliness of the staff and locals, good choice of real ale and a delicious meal. Excellent value for money.
The Bull Inn – BourneMy wife and I are taking a group of our charity HEARTCARE to Manchester for 4 days. Like we did in the past we are including in the itinerary a Lunch stop at your Hop-In Restaurant on Friday 02-Sept-2011 a group of 50 adults/seniors on our private hire Belle Coaches of Lowestoft.
Baytree Restaurant – SpaldingThis is what Louth has been waiting for, well presented quality food, friendly staff that make you feel special. Having a visited many restaurants I can honestly say this is one of my favorites. Highly recommended.
Marrakesh – LouthBy far the best restaurant in the Louth area using locally sourced products and very good value for money.
Brackenborough Hotel – LouthExcellent Night. Party of 8 for my birthday food was very yummy and the staff were really helpful and friendly had a fab time would definitely recommended it for any occasion
Marrakesh – LouthWhat a brilliant place to visit in Boston Lincs. I have never laughed so much in the two hours I spent there. The landlord and landlady are so welcoming, this place is a tribute to enterprise inn's.
The Woad Man Inn – BostonKedgeree Too holds a Fish and Chip Quality Award from the National Federation of Fish Friers. It is one of only a handful of shops around the country to have this award. You can be confident of the quality of the product and the service at this shop
Kedgeree Too – LincolnWhat a lovely warm and welcoming atmosphere, we love it there. The food is mouthwateringly delicious and extremely well priced. The house red is a must and the ambience along with friendly staff make the whole evening a really enjoyable escape. Whether you are wanting a romantic meal or want to go as a group I would definitely recommend the Marrakech as a great night out!
Marrakesh – LouthWhen the restaurant first changed hands we took mother there for lunch, was good value cafe food. However went there for a meal in the restaurant of Saturday night (7/5/11) and was very disappointed. The Staff although friendly weren't very well trained. The food was not very well cooked, cafe food at restaurant prices. The two medium Sirloin steaks were black and hard, although I tolerated mine, the other one was replaced, but it was quite obvious the Chef has no idea about cooking steaks. The two Gammon stakes were just about edible but very salty. The owners need to change their meat supplier and perhaps just do cafe food which they seem capable of doing. The Chef was extremely rude when spoken to and his attitude does not encourage the return of patrons to their establishment.
The Cottage Restaurant – SkegnessWe have several meals with you and we have always been served excellent food, plus the children and grandchildren have been really looked after. Nothing appears too much trouble and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
La Bella Napoli – SkegnessTasty Moroccan food. The prices there aren’t bad for the quality of food available and it’s always prepared quickly. Marakech also has a fab atmosphere - check out the music they play if it’s your birthday! - and the staff are really friendly and seem to enjoy their work, going out of their way to make special occasions more enjoyable.
