Booked a table for my daughter and brought my mum and step dad with us total of 5 people meal was lovely staff were friendly... one thing I like bout the kitchen is the staff don't seem to hassle you to check on the food
The Kitchen – SpaldingWell wasn't as good as I thought, the food was OK a bit pricey for what it was. We waited an hour for our lunch to be served and then was told by a waitress that they had run out of horseradish which they hadn't as we asked another more senior waitress. The young girl was to busy talking to another colleague and couldn't be bothered to go get it. I was very surprised to see diet coke from a pump was £3.40 more then half larger, so very expensive. The older waitress was very good though and we couldn't fault her. Would we go again? Unlikely.

The Kitchen – SpaldingHad a really good Sunday dinner. We have eaten in most places serving Sunday dinner and yours rates in the top 2. Value for money and service was good too.

Only gripe if I had to be really fussy is that we got told it's table service (which it was) but once we had finished our meal, no one came over at all for a good 15mins, just walked by, so we went to the bar and paid for the food. But that's nothing when the rest of the service and food was impeccable.
The Kitchen – Spalding3 of us came here for Sunday lunch and were warmly greeted, even though we were early. 2 had the roast beef dinner and commented how much meat they got and how delicious it was. I just had everything but the meat and was fairly charged at a child's price. We had sticky toffee pudding for dessert, and were given the option of ice-cream, cream or custard to accompany it. Great food and great service.
The Kitchen – SpaldingWe had a lovely time at the Kitchen on Sunday but my Granddaughter ordered a toasted baguette when it arrived it looked like a toasted sandwich, the Service was slow and one of the orders was switched round. Also the vegetables were under cooked and hard my husband was unable to the broccoli it was to hard.

The Kitchen – SpaldingWe had a wonderful meal to celebrate my mother in laws 89th Birthday. Food was amazing, and also all the staff, so friendly and helpful, couldn't do enough for you. The restaurant was warm and inviting, spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend, and will definitely be going back!!!! The macaroni cheese I had was delicious, accompanied by garlic bread with cheese, everyone enjoyed their meals.
