Sunday Lunch was superb excellent cuts of Beef Turkey and Pork with full range of well cooked vegetables. Service was good at a very busy time and staff as ever were pleasant and efficient . highly recommended

We really enjoyed our meal yesterday as it was a special day for our son it was his birthday so that meal made it special to him as he really enjoyed it so thankyou again

Excellent service from the team at the kitchen. Myself and my brothers travelled to surprise my mum for her 60th birthday. They were amazing having a table set for us and balloons. This is the second time we have eaten here highly recommended hot food and incredibly helpful staff nothing was a problem even helping us take photos of us.

Visited on Sunday 13th August for Sunday lunch . Glad we pre-booked as it was very busy . My wife had roast beef and i had the triple roast . Both were excellent, nice crispy roast potatoes, stuffing and Yorkshire pudding and a lovely selection of fresh veg . Excellent service and very friendly and helpful staff. We also called back later for a drink and again we were greeted with friendliness and politeness.

My husband and I went for lunch on a Sunday, it was busy, plenty of friendly staff to cater for everyone. I had fish and chips my husband had the pork roast, my chips and mushy peas were delicious but the fish (wasn't very big) was overcooked so had dried out and the batter was burnt. My husbands pork roast was very nice and there was plenty on his plate.

Great meal for our 7th anniversary. Service was great, food amazing and plentiful.

surroundings good and waitress service was good food : was only poor to average, sausage and mash - mash was thick and hard work to digest and gravy even thicker.!

- food: better than average but not amazing - needed more flavour in the roast gravy and the vegetables. - dietary req: great for plant-based and gluten free options! - ambience: wasn’t the best due to crying kids and weird rock music - service: lovely lady that served the table but once we had service was hard getting her attention. Ordered a take away coffee from the barista and he was confused by the order. Food was fairly quick which was great.

The Kitchen was recommended by a friend , We were disappointed with the meal. I had Hunters Chicken and the chicken was overcooked and very difficult to chew. My wife had Sausages, egg Chips and peas and the peas were like bullets and the sausages tasted as if they had been reheated.

Whatever could go wrong with our lunch yesterday ,did go wrong! But have to say. Staff were amazing falling over themselves to sort things out Excellent service. Would I recommend? Absolutely. Can’t wait to return

Booked a table for Fathers Day for 6 people. Staff were excellent especially as it was a surprise and we had to wait for the other parties. Waitresses organised drinks in a swiftly manor. The Roast was delicious variety of vegetable and quite a fair portion size. Could not fault it, everything was just perfect. We have attended a few times and each time we have not been disappointed. We would recommend a visit.

Booked a special event ...( A 75 year old mum ).. booking was simple and good communication. Staff very helpful and friendly.. food was excellent... atmosphere..good.. price was average (given the current climate) ..overall I would strongly recommend..... Well worth a visit.

In Spalding for a weekend break and came here for our evening meal. The staff were friendly and attentive and the food was delicious. If we were in the area again we would definitely visit here again.

My wife and I dropped in for Sunday lunch. The food was lovely and piping hot. The service was great and the prices were reasonable. Will definitely go again.

Food was lovely, Roast dinner was delicious (except for the burnt panacke that should have been a Yorkshire pudding l!). Food came out quick even on a busy Sunday lunch. Service wasn't great, it did take time for our order to be taken, we were not shown to a table just directed to one and nobody came to check on our meal. We ordered refill drinks but even when staff could see we had empty glasses when food brought over no offer of new ones was given and it was extremely hard to get anyone's attention. Our table wasn't cleared after eating and again no staff came to ask how our food was or if we would like anything else so after waiting some time and not being able to get anyone's attention we went to the bar to pay and left, had someone come to us we would have stayed longer for pudding/coffee. All in all food was good but waiting staff do need to be more attentive.
