Came for lunch with friends and we all had a great time. Very relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. The food was all great with no complaints from any of us. Thank you.

Family meal across all ages. Food was tasty but unfortunately , two roasts had sold out. Gluten & dairy free option roast chicken was lukewarm-veg just thawed. Food was not very hot. Staff very pleasant & attentive. More gluten & dairy free options would be good.

We met with friends who we hadn’t seen since 2020! We enjoyed coffee then lunch then afternoon tea - service was great with no hassle to leave. 5 hours later we did leave having had a memorable day catching up! Thank you!

Met with my friend for a catch up . The service was fine . The food however was not great . The chips were just Luke warm and the fish finger sandwich was just ok . It’s a shame really as this is a convenient place to meet due to where we live. This is the second time I’ve been in and the food has not been particularly good. Unlikely that I will return.

Enjoyed our visit for lunch. Very good and diverse menu covering all tastes. Staff were warm and friendly and despite them being busy we never felt rushed to finish our meal. Food quality was very good and prices are about average for what we had. We would certainly visit again.

I went yesterday for a family meal (table of 6) We were seated quickly and our order taken fairly quickly too. Unfortunately there was food under our table from before us that had not been cleared away. We asked for a jug of water to have with our drinks and this didn’t arrive until our food came despite asking a few times and the jug that came was cracked and leaked water over the table. I ordered a kids meal for my daughter who is one and unfortunately noticed the cucumber still had the plastic on! Luckily I noticed before she tried to eat the cucumber. We all had roasts that were lovely and had lots of flavour, I flagged up about the plastic on the cucumber and they removed the kids meal from our bill and took 10% off the total bill. Mixed experience for us really and first time I have visited. Not sure I would go back.

My wife & I took my daughter & her family to The Kitchen, at the Springfield's Shopping Centre in Spalding on 12th Feb 2023 to celebrate her 40th Birthday. It was a spur of the moment decision, as my daughter was free to meet up. The lady we spoke to at the Kitchen on Sunday morning could not have been more helpful. She organised a private room for the six of us & was even kind enough to arrange a few meals that did not form part of the Sunday Menu. The main meals were excellent & the desserts fantastic, but what impressed me the most, particularly as it so rare to find these days, was how kind, friendly & thoughtful the staff were. It made the meal with our daughter extra special. Highly recommended.

Had launch there yesterday with family members, food was delicious and a good and varied menu. Staff very friendly ,highly recommend

Staff very friendly and efficient we are regulars on a Sunday ,we usually have the Roast Lunch which we always find to be of a very good quality.

Always head here for light lunch before shopping.Quality is exceptional and service very good. Staff are well trained and helpful.

Pros:Friendly staff, fairly fast service. Cons: food was bland, cold food the was sent back to be reheated. Food was expensive given the quality. Soggy, frozen veg, chips had the texture of reheated, dry. ‘Salad leaves’ was a bit of iceberg. Wouldn’t come back. No atmosphere, very quiet given the time of evening.

The food was really nice at a good price, the service was fast and efficient, the atmosphere was really good as there were lots of other diners but not so many that it made service slow and it was very good value for money :)

Good service - food quite good - very quiet- it would have been better if the Xmas lights had been turned on to give a bit of atmosphere

Had lunch last Sunday for 11 of us, 4 had fish and chips including 1 gluten free and everyone else had the pork or beef roast. Food was great and the meat was plentiful and delicious. Definitely recommend the gelato which most of us had! Lovely to see it so busy which didn't affect the customer service. Great for a larger party or celebration.

Service and food very good will come again

Service was very quick. Got placed near a door so it was quite chilly on a winters night. The food wasn’t the best. Have experienced better at a cheaper price ! The food was cold. The chicken was extremely dry and hard and chewy. The hunters chicken was not proper just some chicken cheese and bacon no BBQ. The onion rings too greasy.

Visited Springfield Kitchen on 9 December 2022. Table booked at 5.45. Food was very good, really couldn't fault it at all. However, restaurant was quite busy and appeared to be very understaffed. Consequently, service was very slow and we had to wait a long while for our food which wasn't ideal especially as we had a 5 year old in our party. We ordered drinks at the same time, which we had to chase as they had not appeared after 10 mins.

Food was excellent and very good value. Gluten free options too.
