Kopacabana

A really enjoyable experience. It can be a gamble when trying new cuisine but the staff are very helpful, and when food is cooked as well as it is here, the adventure can be a delight. Highly recommended for something a little different, done very well.

I used to love Chinese food, but after so many disappointing meals in countless faceless Chinese restaurants, I lost my love. I wasn't sure what to expect from Pacific but I was very pleasantly surprised. The menu is one of the best I have seen in a Chinese restaurant. Great mixes and a wide selection. Service was a little ropey but the quality of the food more than made up for it. This restaurant alone has genuinely reignited my love for Chinese food. Fantastic!

Great food, not that great service. Seems to be a little inconsistent. Do try the ostrich fillet - it's fantastic. Not so sure about the Kobe fillet - at £50 a pop it's overpriced and not a little underwhelming.

Great for lunch. Menu has changed slightly over the last year or so. In my opinion it's not as good and the range has certainly been shrunk, but it's still a good place with decent service.

Great range of hot meat ciabatas, steak sandwiches etc. Items from the deli counter can be added by request, the iced latte is phenomenal and the place is busy - but not elbow to elbow thankfully - at most times of the day. Now I don't have to trek to Bury for a decent lunchtime bite!

I was recommended Yang Sing's as being one of the best Chinese restaurants in Manchester but I disagree! Albeit the food was good, starters and main meals all came at different times and on one occasion had to ask were the rest of the meals were as the others were getting cold! Also, crispy duck and pancakes weren't on the menu which I feel is a must for a Chinese restaurant. Seen as we were there for a special occasion, I felt slightly let down.

A very very nice experience. All round top quality and a thoroughly enjoyable visit. Good quality food, helpful staff, and a nice atmosphere for drinks afterwards. Recommended to others.

I am a regular at El Rincons, and have to say every Saturday lunch is always a pleasure, I am addicted to there Gambus pil pil, and the filleto steak, yum yum, I can also recommend the new potatoes in a wine/oil sauce of the specials menu very tasty, my boyfriend can never decide on them or the patatas bravas, There aioli is soooo divine, ask for it think its only 1.50 and great to dip your bread in, We had the Cumberland sausages of the specials menu the other Saturday very very nice.. I am wanting to try so many different things of the menu, but I end up ordering the same things, We went 2 Saturdays ago for a late lunch about 3ish and it was packed, had to wait 20 mins, so I will be booking next time, getting very popular. if you have not been please go you WONT be disappointed.

I came across this restaurant purely by chance... what a find! The food was absolutely stunning! It was fairly quiet when we ate (Sunday evening around 9.30pm but there were lots of Italians eating there which I always think is a good sign. The staff were attentive but not so that they were intruding...but the food.... I just can't describe how happy I was...I am quite a fussy eater and I had no complaints hat so ever... the starters of breaded mozzarella were delicious... not greasy or rubbery and my main course was cheese stuffed ravioli with a cream and pesto sauce... it was so tasty! My partner had Calzone which was the biggest I have ever seen and he also said this was delicious... we didn't have much room for dessert but had to try something as we were so impressed so had the five flavours of ice cream... and yes... you guessed it..... deeeeeeelicious! I am in danger of never eating anywhere else when I go to Manchester as I know the food here is amazing. ooooo and the price! starters, mains, one desert, 2 coffees and two beers.... under £40...... I nearly sent them back to double check! Bargain!

Very good restaurant. Id heard good things from work colleagues so thought we'd give it a try. I was thoroughly impressed form the very first second we walked through the door.. staff unlike any Ive seen before - they ACTUALLY do care about the customers. The food is very very good and its a very welcome to Manchester. Congratulations Chaophraya, I think you are the best restaurant in Manchester.

Well yet again this restaurant never fails me, and the manager remembered me, and gave us a fab table, I booked to go at 9.30pm last sat, the food was outstanding, my boyfriend and I had garlic tomato bread to start with a side of olives, which are amazing. then I had the chicken ceasar salad as my main, my boyfriend had the fillet steak, which he described as top nosh!! we had a side order of rosemary potatoes!! 10 out of 10 to all at piccolinos see you in 4 weeks for my next reservation. CHOW!

I was in town on business and stumbled on this place, I ended up going back a different night too as a treat. The food was excellent, very authentic and generous portions and it's very good value for money. The staff where very attentive and friendly and made feel welcome. Would definitely go back.

Went to Evuna early evening with 2 friends and took advantage of their lunch time tapas menu (as it does not finish until 6pm). The food was out of this world, the wine which is at a lower price as part of the lunchtime deal was also really good but it is only the first glass that is at the lower price and this was not made clear on the menu. All of the staff were really friendly and tentative, and the ambience was really chilled out and relaxing. Evuna does appear to be a little more expensive than the other local tapas bars but is well worth the extra money. I would highly recommend Evuna to anybody who would like to try a Spanish restaurant or anybody who is looking for somewhere to eat and drink in Manchester. This was a really good experience and I will be returning shortly.
