An absolutely delicious meal, fantastic attentive service and a lovely atmosphere. We had the pre theatre menu which was great value for money. I would highly recommend!

Decor needs updating and food was average at best. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Prices were really high for the subpar cuisine

Prices seem to have shot up and portions shrunk. it’s not the good value it used to be. Coffees were cold and manager told us to go and tell his staff off for him.

There were five of us at Gios restaurant and it was superb the staff couldn’t do enough for us the service was fantastic leaving us enough time between courses so that we didn’t feel rushed and the food was excellent we will definitely be going back

From booking online to the very warm Welcome knew we were in for a lovely time. We chose 2 Course Theatre Menu which Is now £23.95 great value Starters Main Courses presented well & Really tasty be prepared for the Expensive City Centre Drink Prices Service Spot on which was great as was going to a show at The Palace we booked for 5pm as it opened was perfect would recommend & be calling again Thanks

Booked for 1730 for a pre theatre meal, table for two, service was very friendly and food was delicious!! Service was as expected and we were done for 1900 and prices were expected for a city centre!

Another lunch time concert at the Bridgewater Hall, another welcome opportunity to to take lunch at Gio's. The food is wonderful and the service is friendly and professional. Would I recommend it to others? Most certainly.

Went here last night before the theatre food took longer than it should to come out, but food was great and for the price is was good food, asked for the bill 4 times and it never arrived waited for at least 35 minutes, in the end we had to go to the front desk to pay, Forgot to charge us for our second drinks which was a bonus and it’s not for me to tell them, they could do with having someone in charge of bills as we could have easily walked out without paying amd no one would have known

Had a very nice meal here prior to going to the theatre. Great price for 2 courses & very nice food. Staff very friendly & welcoming.
