Amazing food and service!Highly recommend.

I booked a table online for Monday 25th October. A few days later I received a text - we do not open on Mondays would I like to book another day ? The booking was made for a specific day as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary therefore I replied to the text to say another day was not acceptable On Sunday 24th October I received an email to remind me of my booking . I text Georgio to say I had received an email and a lovely gentleman rang me to apologise Today , 26th October I have received an email to rate my experience at Georgio. My table was cancelled so how can a rate something I have not had ? You seriously need to sort out your admin and website for bookings

Booked a table at Gio for Saturday 23rd of October. Informed restaurant was closed but booking could be transferred to their sister restaurant. Wish we hadn't - food poor and overpriced - too many diners crammed into the restaurant. But the worst thing was witnessing the manager constantly bullying every member of staff. Avoid at all costs.

We met up for a large party of long lost cousins. We haven't eaten here since it was still a 1970s time capsule. The service was excellent, the food was fresh and delicious and the atmosphere just right. A really excellent menu and somewhere we will definitely return to.

We went for a pre-theatre meal. Really good meal. The salmon was superb. The restaurant was very busy but the service was very good and we left in good time for the theatre. We have been before and would definitley go again.

Visiting our daughter at Uni, she recommended Giorgios local to her accommodation. Easy to book online, friendly atmosphere and staff, plenty of choice on the menu. Everyone enjoyed there meals, so a big thank you to the team. See you next time.

Had a fabulous pre theatre dinner with friends Fillet steak cooked to perfection. Great service and very attentive host. Couldn't do enough for us. Definitely recommend

This was the second time I have been to chakalaka. The first time it was a 3 course meal and cocktails. Really can't complain. The food was delicious and the cocktails were amazing! We tried most the cocktails on the menu! Second time was the 50% off main. Once again it did not disappoint! The food was lovely, staff are attentive and can't do enough for you. The atmosphere is relaxed. Highly recommend!

A very nice Italian Restaurant, superbly situated for the Theatre. Great atmosphere and wonderful staff. Great choice on the menu and some really good specials. On this occasion we had Swordfish steak from the specials board. It was cooked to perfection! Melt in the mouth ; delicious !! Would definitely recommend . And we’ll be back.

This restaurant is closed. We arrived for our booking to find the restaurant shut. We went to their sister restaurant. They advised us that it is permanently closed at present. See review by Angela Hunt. Luckily we managed to find somewhere else

We visited Sunday evening post marathon as a party of four adults, a three year old and a baby. We couldn't have been made more welcome. The service was excellent, food was amazing and plenty of it. We would definitely visit again

Booked a meal on Monday. 4th October. The reservation was for Saturday 9th October. I received a reminder email on Friday 8th October. We came to the restaurant on Saturday to find it closed!!! No telephone call or email to say the restaurant was shut. Spent the next hour trying numerous fully booked restaurants, trying to find availability. This totally spoilt our evening. I was totally embarrassed in front of friends as I had made the booking, To then get an email on Sunday 10th October asking if I’d enjoyed my meal and would I like to leave a review! !! Appalled is not the word!

The meal was absolutely delicious, no faults whatsoever, however, I do have a problem with adding the service charge. I realise you don't have to pay it but it's the customer choice to leave a tip and we don't need prompting.

First time as was in manchester for the night was lovely food.. great service and fab atmosphere plus we got there half hour early as didn't know how far from our hotel it was but got us a table as soon as one was free thanks guys
