We recently visited Il Mulino with two friends for lunch. We were very impressed with the efficient service, the friendly atmosphere and most importantly, we all thought the food was delicious.

Just moved down the road so this was my first and definitely not last visit to The Fat Loaf. The food was amazing, what great value for money!! King prawns in garlic were delicious, especially with the Nduja! And the service was also fab - super friendly and attentive! Absolutely gorgeous place and an amazing new local for us! Highly recommend!

I have visited Amma's Canteen a few times and the high quality of the food never ceases to amaze me! We deeply regretted not trying more of their new menu during our last visit, we will know better next time. The service is superb (it always is). Can't fault this place with anything! Keep up the excellent work!

Loved visiting A Tavola in Reddish so took a trip out to New Mills to visit them again. Food was excellent as always and the welcome was just as warm. Although bigger the restaurant has the same intimate feel it always had. We will be back.

So excited to visit here as heard so many good things. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the staff friendly. Food was beautiful and can’t wait to return . It was nice to practice my Italian as looks like no trip to Italy this year. We will have to come here throughout the summer instead.

Amazing food and amazing service couldn’t fault at all!

Visited on 20/6/21 @ 13:30 hrs. Having known Atavola from the original in Reddish, we were keen to return to the new venue. Lovely old building, decorated inside with bright colours and pictures. The staff were just amazing. Could not do enough for us. It was nice to see the original staff and plenty of new staff too. The food was just as I expected, amazing. Nikki and the team really do go the extra mile to make you feel like you’re the only customer and that you mean a lot to them. A very special meal. We will be back for more. Thank You everyone xx

The atmosphere was lovely, the staff were extremely attentive and couldn’t be more helpful. The food was exceptional. All 4 starters and main courses were delicious. We also enjoyed some drinks outside in one of the gorgeous summer houses. Fantastic evening, thank you!

Outstanding. The staff can't do enough for you and are extremely pleasant and polite. Food is sensational every time. Definitely one of our favourites. If you have been considering this place, then please do. You won't regret it. Just fantastic.

What a welcome addition to our community, so glad that the empty pub has been repurposed into a venue that enhances the food choices in New Mills. The food was outstanding, the staff and customer service were excellent, we will definitely be back. Newtown station is just up the road making it easily accessible for out of area diners.

Amazing dinner last night. Staff were very attentive. A very varied menu, certainly not the 'usual" Italian fare. Given the quality of the food, prices are reasonable. We have already booked our next visit. Can't wait!
