I like this fish and chip shop as it is clean and also gives you a quick service. But am not liking the chips as they are really dry .

4 of us went to have lunch at The Anglers Retreat, Staines yesterday. What a dissapointment- by far the worst meal We have ever had.Sunday Roast I think not - more like thin plastic meat with yesterdays roast potatoes and dreadful vegeatables.when asked if we had enjoyed our meal - we said no it was awful - The chef did not come out to ask why ! Never again will we eat there.

I had really high hopes for this pub, which I visited after visiting twickenham Rugby on a very busy weekend. But my experience was a very bad one, we (6 of us) were horrified by the rude thin faced bar girl, who greeted us after finishing her conversation with a group of girls who were clearly underaged and being served alchohol freely by her. The pub is very attractive inside but it is marred by the staff who seemed to be in and out of the loos far too frequently !! Nice pub needs to rid of the grimey bar staff though bringing the reputation of the pub down ! Would not visit here again

For fresh home cooked Italian food and the friendliest of welcomes, check out Il Casale (The Farmhouse) in Hampton Hill. The food is freshly cooked to order and their fresh pasta, pizza, seafood, meat and fish dishes are presented beautifully and taste amazing. And they do fresh pizza and pasta home delivery.

This is no longer a friendly local pub been totally changed for the worse

just got back and amazed how bad the food was...8oz rump steak?? that was NOT rump steak, couldn't cut it...needed a saw, it was nothing like the picture....chips looked like they had been re-fried and the peas were not fresh, very disappointed because the last time we went there to eat the food was very good...this time it was just plain AWFU and £25!!!!, never going back...next time slug and lettuce...at least the steak there is always excellent...or doesn't look and taste like horse meat!

Really enjoyable experience, great staff - very accommodating; freshly cooked food with statf catering for picky children with aplomb and good humour! Definitely becoming a habit visiting this place every school holiday for the unbeatable lunchtime menu - nowhere else can you get this quality of food and service for the price

I bought a pizza from chilli hut it was so nice and today we are going to buy more for our dinner

Went a few weeks ago with friends first time.Lots to choose from, mix variety of foods, fresh made food there and then, nice polite staff and manager. Only downside was that they were not serving. Hot drinks yet,maybe next time.

Shemul has to be my favorite Indian Restaurant, The service is brilliant. The owners youngest son was extremely charming Every mouthful was divine. The atmosphere was calm and wonderful. I would rate this magnificent restaurant a 5 out of 5.

Absoulutley fantastic food best Chinese ever

Lovely chips, fresh fish. The service at this particular restaurant is brilliant. The chips are also very fresh. I am a 67 year old lady and i have never been to another fish and chip shop that can match it's standards of fish and chips. The gravy is also very nice.

I visited the Secret Pantry to try out the gluten free menu as I have Celiac disease. The food was absolutely amazing! By far the best food I have ever eaten anywhere I have travelled. I will be making a visit to the Bistro the main event next time I visit the UK. Don't miss out on a visit to this hidden treasure!
