Disgusting manager attitude, awful 'service' told me I should have not been so lazy and collected myself. If this is their attitude to service, just imagine what they do to the food you eat!

Really fantastic restaurant, I went along with 20 members of family including 7 kids, the service was wonderful, polite and friendly, the food was lovely and so much to choose from. If your a vegetarian you have no need to worry as the dish options are vast. Perfect place for kids as your dining experience will be informal relaxed. Best resturant I've been to in a long time..! :)

AWFUL, AWFUL.. ordered takeout. 1.2 hrs to arrive. Called to check and was hung up on saying I was lying!! Arrived STONE COLD SOAKED IN OIL. driver short changed me. Spoke to manager who swore at me and said "then don't come back!". *still in shock*

I have alway had my fish and chips your shop in Kingshill avenue and its alway been first class myself I enjoy the skate its just perfect and loads of chips my husband like the cod and again perfect I would 100 recommend it friend from the USA also say the same thing perfect

OMG! doesn't look anything from the outside, but what a fantastic experience! Food, staff ambience all amazing. Taking 10 family members out for a birthday meal coming up soon. Something for everyone regardless of what they like, can't wait for more excuses to go eat there

Poor Service and very ordinary and over priced food. I found the manager more concerned about his carpark than his customers and was very condescending to us, a quality he obviously instills in his staff as we saw them arguing with other customers about the food. Not a pub I would recommend - with 20 pubs a week closing you would think they would be more customer focused.

Great food, great service, best place in the borough to go to for fish and chips. much better than jacks or anywhere else in uxbridge borough. 5 star for them.

frydays is one of the worst fish and chip shops around uxbridge area. Their food is bad, their service is utterly unacceptable and the people there are just plain RUDE. if you want to go to a fish and chip shop around the area, travel a few minutes down the road to hillingdon, Huttons. One of the best fish and chip shops around, lovely service AND food.

I went there yesterday. Place is good. Nice friendly. Food was not up to mark. Hated the Chicken with cashew nuts. Soup was tooooo salty. For a family dinner with a toddler, no good choice. Chair is not comfortable to sit on. very small.. No food for toddlers. Nice place for a date as the environment is good.

Food here was absolutely awful!! I didn't eat anything! Customer service was appalling and I would urge anyone thinking of dining here not to!!! Very, very disappointed and will not be going back

Excellent restaurant with new features and style. Fantastic staff really friendly and quick with service. Food is excellent really worth the money. To top it off they offer a free drink to make the restaurant the best Indian restaurant in Ruislip Manor.

I was really looking forward to a birthday visit for a meal here but was HUGELY disappointed, the atmosphere was chaotic and although we were told we would have a bit of a wait when we asked about the timescale staff just ignored us and were rude. We left after an hour with no food, no service and feeling extremely angry.

Very good place to eat if you like spicy food all menu has a slight kick of chilli spices would recommend the Chilli and the peri peri chicken - great portions and good value for money - they also have large decking area at the back for smokers

1. Vegetarian meals are much more expensive than in the menu. They specified it in 5 different menus, so you are completely confused and on the and you get the receipt with bigger prices. 2. Beef was not tender, everything was very oily 3. 10 for service written with small letters on menu is impossible to see when you are hungry. 4.You cant take your receipt, I had to ask about copy and specification. 5. Staff mostly don't understand English, you can see a lot of staff but they don't see you.... 6.The bill was twice bigger than I supposed 7. Reading opinions on different sites I see how they focus on money....but not giving proper service instead

Myself and friends ordered a selection of food and was very disappointed in deed the pilau rice was not pilau rice at all the chicken tikka very bland curry very sweet and sickly. Would definitely not return
