Went with family for our Anniversary on Sunday lovely food, lovely atmosphere, amazing staff definitely be going back!

I couldn't fault the food or the staff. Everything was great apart form the fact our table was next to the toilet door downstairs by the bar & we were assured that the toilet was closed & no one would be using it. This is not the case, there was people using this toilet & walking past my daughter while she was trying to eat. She was sat that close to the door that people were knocking her chair going in & out. I would like to go back & I would refuse to sit on that table again if I did.

The food was amazing, would highly recommend to everyone.

First time here this weekend and certainly won’t be our last! Superb food, great atmosphere and wonderful staff! Well done all at Casa Roni

As this is very local to us we decided to give it a try. The staff were very friendly and the food was exceptional. We will definitely be back.

Great looking new venue in Allerton Liverpool. I had an excellent lasagne for lunch. Friendly staff and a good atmosphere.

Although the food was good I thought the staff could of been a lot more nicer. With working in the hospitality industry myself I know it can be hectic, I really thought that the staff could have been a lot more approachable. We were there all day and spent a lot of money yes this was my own decision but when your constantly being ignored and waiting for drinks for 45 minutes when we’ve paid, if they were going to be longer than expected a quick call over to us to say that they was going to take longer than expected. It is a shame that the service was quite poor as I really enjoyed the food and atmosphere.

Really reasonable prices and the food was great! I had £12 steak and it was perfect, nice little touches like well seasoned and plentiful sides, really recommend.

Had a table booked at 7 and planned to have our evening meal but were told the kitchen was closed. Not good enough at a time when bookings are needed so we couldn’t just go elsewhere

Had a lovely meal for my sisters birthday at Dovedale Towers, staff were polite and helpful, food was nice the only thing I would say was that there was too much salt on the chips, other than that very nice. Drinks however were in small plastic cups which were not equivalent to a half pint glass nearly £2 for coke full of ice, which was a little disappointing, 3 mouthfuls and it was gone but I can understand them wanting to make some money back as they have been locked down for so long, All that aside will definitely call again .

Myself and my family chose the Dovedale as our first choice for when everywhere re opens as pre lockdown we often enjoyed going there as we thought it was excellent. I have never been so disappointed, we waited 30 minutes to have our order taken and another 45 for the drinks to arrive, by this point my mum actually got a refund because the wait was so ridiculous and left. I stayed as I wanted to order food as the scouse pie is my favourite, unfortunately I didn’t get it because I was told the wait was too long. Overall I was at the dovedale for 4 and a half hours and only received 3 drinks and a plate of chips which were cold. Also, there were not outside lights turned on and very little communication as to orders as two of our tables drinks were wrong.

The staff at this pub were warm, welcoming and friendly. They really helped to create a great atmosphere and couldn't do enough to help customers. The food was fantastic, very tasty with a great service all round.
